Well ......... almost none. If the Chief Administrator, deems you have wilfully, and with malice, ventured into glaringly offensive and unproven innuendo against another, he/she just may subject you to a tongue lashing. (no pun intended) The Hammer (my personal label for the Chief A.) may also admonish you for a serious violation of the 'house' rules.
