Rookie Question - How to clean out the back door?

I apologize if this has already been answered but I've searched and found nothing.

I want to bottom for my next t-girl experience but need some advice on how to douche and what to use? Also do you have to do it multiple times?

I would really appreciate any advice you can offer. I want to be extra clean for my girl.

Here's my advice.

1.) Fast for a day before doing anything - or drink chinese diet tea.
2.) Don't think about poo when you're digging into your ass, but think about how much you would enjoy getting banged when you're not self conscious.
3.)Surgical gloves, plenty of water, and 10 minutes of fingering.
4.) Wash with Dove liquid baby soap - It's gentle.
5.) Rinse - Rinse - Rinse.
6.) Withdraw $500; Call Lisa Paradise, and have her physically check your ass with her tongue. Do me a favour, and leave a log for her to find.
