Lothario - if you were filmed without consent then:
a) The person doing the fliming needs to destroy the recording if you so ask them.
b) You would do all of us a great service by identifying who you saw.
As toban points out, there are at least two ladies in Toronto who advertise as Barbie. You are doing both of them a great disservice by not clearly identifying who you saw.
If you don't know specifically who the lady was, then at least tell us how you found her. We'll probably be able to identify the lady but you need to give us details. Telling us how you discovered the filming would also be useful.
We'll help you if we can, but you need to tell us details.
