So some of you think our Admin is tough?
There have been comments lately from members here in the forums about Admin’s removal of members because of their actions on the forum. Some seem to think that admin is too tough, too selective, too personal, etc., etc. I have belonged to a few forums and sites and many of them have extremely strict rules which are enforced swiftly and vigorously by the Administrators there.
Here, listed below, are a few examples from one of those forums, just to let you see how tough some moderators can be. The site is 3XHQ and the specialty of the site is providing passwords to XXX sites to those interested in using them or in receiving passwords from posters who can provide them for others use.
There are very specific rules for members posted at the top of the first page. Any deviations from those rules results in your quick removal (ban) as a member. For example:
- If you complain that a certain pass posted there does not work you will be banned or you may receive one warning then if you repeat the offense you will be banned.
- If you do not regularly use your account you will be banned after xx days.
- Banning means that your email is blocked. If you wish to rejoin you must use a different email address. In serious cases your IP is blocked. In other words they do not fool around with those who do not obey the rules.
So now you can see why our Tgirlforums Admin is not so hard to get along with. It could be so much worse!
Thank goodness she is so accepting of us all!
Before logging in to 3xHQ this is what will you see. Please read the last line - it lays it out in no uncertain terms that the Administrator has complete control of the site.
If you click on “New Passwords“, the Code of Conduct and a list of Stickies is the first thing you see. The rules and stickies may differ for other 3XHQ forums.
