Elvis killed JFK for the CIA. When KGB found out, Elvis faked his death (with the help of Englebert Humperdink) and moved to Las Vegas and got a job as an Elvis impersonator. He's still there.

So, now that 7. & 8. are open IMHO you should add a couple of more continents to this list...
