  • Breast augmentation in Montreal, Looking for advice (where to go etc)

Hi, I'm looking advice for breast implants in montreal, im not sure how to choose, by who to get it done, and then also silicone or saline. From what i understand, well from google, silicone adhesive gel is most popular choice, better texture, feel and more durable and is better quality than silicone implants of the past.

the saline is well saline so if it leaks or breaks well its absorbed no problems. And also since they fill it, the implant, after its been inserted it makes less scars.

Any suggestions or feedback would be really appreciated

Hey, hun xx just got mine was done by Dr. Bensimon, worth every single penny xox he took time to explain to me everything from day 1 to the hour before the surgery, been insecure about the profile we decided last minutes and he took the time to secure me right before the surgery! I have silicone 800cc high profile, size is chosen by me as for the profile the surgeon look while he did the operation xx I'm super happy on how they look and I'm still healing. i wouldn't suggest saline since they're mostly doing "flat" over the years lol didn't want that so that why I pick silicone, you don't wanna wake up with flat tits! best of luck with your research and take your time since the result will last for a while xx

Thank you, I'll definitely check him out, right now I'm almost 90% decided on Dr Karl Schwarz, I had seen a good review on reddit and then on rate ratemds.com was well rated, and then when I talked to someone I know at asttq it just so happens they recommended me the same one, her friend had work done by him and was very pleased.

I'm not too sure how it all works with the cc's and what high profile is, i was wanting to get like an A cup but everyone is telling me no thats too small, maybe a B idk, I guess I'll try to figure out what is most proportional for my body type with the help of the doctor.

Ya I'm pretty sure I'll go for the silicone, im so already tired of flat being a term to describe my bosom so no definitely not flat tits!

      Thanks again.

Having seen/felt all kinds of implants over my life the only thing I recommend is to not cheap out on it like so many women/tgirls do. Those old school hard as rock super round implants are god awful and people still get them because they are cheaper. The technology is so much better now and I have seen and felt some very natural implants that are not just round baseballs or basketballs under your chest, they look and feel almost like the real thing but will have to pay more for it.

Thanks, it's nice to have input from people who know a lot about feeling breasts/implants Ya i hope i'll have nice boobs, not too hard or like too up in your face kinda, like more normal kinda breasts, not too big, not to small. Im thinking the gummy bears :P The silicone adhesive gel, it's supposed to mimic the feel of natural breast tissue pretty well.

Anyways today I made an appointment for a consultation june 2nd, and can have surgery in as little as 3 weeks after that!

Any thoughts on tear drop shaped breasts? vs the round. Idk i kind of think maybe the tear drop ones would suit me better, im not sure, it's way tougher than shopping for clothes or trying to choose a chocolate bar at the store theres so many to choose from and then someone comes in the line behind you and you get nervous and ok ill just take this one even if i dont like it cuz its closest. Ya.. :P

Tear drop for sure, the round ones don't look natural

Its so hard to decide, they all have pro's and con's it seems, like tear dropped can shift and if you dont have much breast tissue to begin with like me then that would be super noticeable and they'll have to be fixed. Round implants can't shift but I just don't know if they would suit me, maybe small round ones, idk.
