Somehow though I really really doubt that cops would just detain someone for waving their hand if it was for the purpose to just call someone over. Then again who knows how cops think right?

If you are worried about cops then just pass by there and tell the girl to see you at nearest coffee shop or I belive there is very close Mac store it’s the easiest way to talk to girl without getting caught by cops. I am not sure how the girl will warn you but most of the girls always ask are you a police?

Just in case if cops comes pretend that you are asking for address instead of saying that she is your girlfriend.
Other best way is park your car somewhere around and go around for walk that is the best way to avoid cops getting on you.

Honestly guys, can't we all just leave the street level scene alone?

I've used escorts in the past, both generic females and t-girls (Tia is amazing, by the way LOL) so I'm not being judgmental about prostitution. But there are plenty of good in-call or out call options, or sex clubs that you can visit.

Really, the public health issues associated with the street level scene is horrifying. Let's not forget about the impact that it has on downtown neighborhoods.

In addition to posting information publicly about the guys that frequent this scene, I'd love if part of the punishment was to have all the girls relocated to their suburban street to see how they like that sort of traffic so close to home.
