there really is no way of telling. seen men in great shape that are positive. i was blown away at the fact that someone could be in such great shape and live a perfect clean live style and be infected. Anyone can get HIV it has nothing to do with how clean or messy a person you are. Just cause you look slimey doesn't mean anything, slime doesn't give you HIV. Unprotected sex, Sharing needles and blood transfusion can give you HIV. Multiple frequent sex partners increase your risk and, anal sex is riskier than vaginal sex for catching infection.

I would put forward that the better looking a person is, the more chance they could be infected as they are more likely to have sex with more people. A skuzzy looking douchebag probably ain't getting much besides what he pays for, and then only if he is not turned away.
