I've only seen a few boob jobs like this, and all the others on GGs. I'm curious if anyone here knows what causes this "siamese boob" effect where there isn't any discernable cleavage or separation (no pendulousity) between the two tits.

Does a patient actually ASK for this kind of boobjob or is it simply the byproduct of going the cheapo route, spending the least possible amount of money, and commissioning a Mexican Brujah to do the job for next to nothing?

mainly the docs lack of skills,in my case and lucys and ninas and carminas etc we all had them done with very little space in between and we all had to get them redone because the idiot at the visage clinic is as bright as a burnt out lightbulb.

Well Lisa, Dr. Mark DuPere at visage clinic, also did my tits too last year, and i don't think he did such a bad looking job. I guess sometimes doctors don't do there best work on everyone boobs. Or maybe some people just bitch and complain alot and never satisfied with anything. lol

Your tits are a magnificent work of art and a gift from God, much like my rock, hard, massive pecs, although mine were built by rocketing very heavy poundages off of my chest in the bench press that rival the weight of a small car, not surgery!

Also, it's hard to tell what the final product will be, the final appearance of your magnificent, Goddess-like mams, once they're no longer "post-surgical" in appearance and they drop into whatever "pocket" your cosmetic surgeon created for you. Eventually, they should become more pendulous.

Yeah. I didn't think it had anything to do with not creating an adequate enough pocket for them to settle into eventually. Only because aside from Jade, I've only seen the uni-tit on GGs, who do usually have considerably more fatty breast tissue to begin with than the average, lean, genetic male transitioning into a cosmetically, augmented-breasted T-girl.

Just medical incompetance, as I suspected.

Oddly enough, I drew up a set of blueprints to redesign Jade. I really put ALOT of work into it, starting with completely redesigning her uni-tits in the process. Needless to say, having an ego the size of a zeppelin, she didn't take to my suggestions too well!!

Part of the reason for this problem is the girls get tits that are too big.
Almost every tgirl that gets a boob job, gets bigger than recommended.
(Then they often go get them made bigger later)

Big boobs are nice, but not necessary, especially if they look out of place.
I prefer smaller more realistic looking ones.

I believe that IS one possible reason for the UniBoob look. It could be the surgeon's fault BUT, if the chosen breast size is too large for the girl's body/frame, then there is really no way the surgeon can leave an appropriate space between them. If he did leave that space then the nipples might end up under the armpits.

Big boobs are nice, but not necessary, especially if they look out of place.

Most plastic sergeants that are highly recommended have a background in the arts, and are able to see proportions in the body. On the other hand a lot of up and coming sergeants see how much money is thrown around in this area that they can't help but be apart of it. This is where the true problem lies. If 60% of sergeants do a decent job. They are always haunted by that 10% of doctors that have a sense of how the human body should look when they are below them on the operating table. They can judge that the perfect breast should be an almost tear drop shape.

And after looking at several pictures of Lisa, Lucy, and all the others. I have to say that they are in perfect proportion and extremely beautiful.
