It has tons of traffic, search engine links, back links, been around for a long time. It also earns affiliate money as he has all those ads on it, webcam windows, etc etc.

So, they would have paid him a decent sum for it. Without seeing his numbers, you may want to guess 20 - 50 grand, but it could be more and perhaps a lot more if the affiliate revenues are strong. They could be significant as he would have revenues from all the sites he advertises and all the memberships and chaturbate tokens bought via his affiliate code.

He put well over a decade into this site and forum, he earned it.
