How exactly does anyone prep or clean or get used to doin it in da butt? I hear drinking alot of water and eating lite that day helps? Answers anyone?

I've seen (and want) a showerhead attachment for a couple of my play places . A gentle small chrome tip you insert after turning on the shower! Use low pressure, lightly warm water (don't wanna burn yourself), and then fill and purge a couple of times. (Amazingly scary way to get drunk if it is a simple gravity-based enima system! )

You have several choices or methods, some of which may be more appealing to you than others. What you eat that day is of little concern as food can take as long as three days to travel that far but often much less.


Drug stores carry what is known as a "Combination Set" which means "Douche & Enema Kit" and consists of a standard hot-water bottle, a long hose with clamp and two nozzles, one vaginal Douche nozzle and one Rectal Enema nozzle.

Fill the bottle with warm soapy water, hang it up close to the toilet, sit and insert a nozzle (I prefer the vaginal nozzle as it is easier to insert and longer to get a deeper clean), release the clamp and feel yourself filling up. Clamp off and hold the soapy water in as long as you can, then let it go to empty, repeating as many times as needed until you see the "All Clear", meaning no visible crud was included in the outflow. The soap could be dishwash liquid, shampoo, body wash etc. and don't use too much or there'll be suds all over the floor

Since you food is continually moving through your intestine this "clean out" should be done just a.s.a.p. before the encounter or there may be some "fresh fall" to muck things up. I got fooled recently after waiting less than two hours for play to start.

In an emergency there is always the commercially available enema kits sold at any drug store. A common brand is the Fleet Enema which consists of a plastic syringe filled with a solution which will cause you to violently evacuate your bowel within a few minutes after use. Problem is, it may not prepare you as squeaky clean as you'd prefer, so I'd suggest refilliing the bottle with tap-water and flush again and maye even again until you are certain you are clean.

There are also various Pumps, other bulb-like Rectal Douches, and probably many other devises if you'd care to ask at the counter.

KY is goog because it is water soluble.

Vaseline works, but its a bitch to clean off (or out!) and can melt latex.

I find its mainly in the timing. After its that time of day, I shower up and its time to play.
