It's call in french in maths "maximisation". For 300 an hour you have less clients and let's say maybe 900 for the day...with 160 or 180 an hour you have more clients and more money at the end of the day...because the average ready to pay 300 an hour is less than the average ready to pay 160 or 180...more clients could mean ,more money at the end of the day.

160 time 6 equal 960 with double clients 6 instead of 3 you already have 60 more dollar. Let's say you have 8 clients in a day maximum, that mean 1280 for 8 hours of work...not bad. Now imagine 180 an hour...but at 300 you have less clients for sure.
