Review Section problems

When I sign into this site I hit New Posts. I look for Reviews and when there is a new post in this section I click on the hyper and I get an index showing various citys and Vancouver is the only one indicating somehting inside of it?

When I sign into this site I hit New Posts. I look for Reviews and when there is a new post in this section I click on the hyper and I get an index showing various citys and Vancouver is the only one indicating somehting inside of it?

The reviews are all there, just scroll down.
I added the sub forums for various locations to facilitate discussion for those areas.
The actual reviews are all in the main review forum.
Just trying something new.
The reviews always been in the one forum.
