well i couldnt see the vid. (computer carp) and im probably glad i didnt.
to each there own i guess. but i think this is where normal sexual behaviour becomes really weird where someone will suffer pain to get off. the mind gets mixedc up and the signals for release of those wonderful brain chemicals gets mixed up.
