I've been in Rio almost a month, here's few places if you want to party with TS girls in Rio:

1. Saturdays club The Week. It's huge gay club with 2 rooms. Lots of gg girls and quite many TS go there to party. http://www.theweek.com.br
2. Fridays there is a street party in Lapa area where also TS girls go
3. Balcony bar at Copacabana beach, open every day
4. Wednesdays at Club Mix in Centro, there is special event for tgirls and admirers called "Festa Trans Mix" http://www.clubmixbar.com.br
They have couple of drag shows and dark rooms upstaris.
