  • Looking for ideas

We just renovated a beautiful house in an upscale Richmond Hill area. Secluded with no neighbors. Our research shows that there aren't any tgirl friendly spa/getaway places in the area.

We set it up in a Caribbean theme. Great for day spa use, evening get together, small parties, or rent for the day.

Its fully furnished with 3 new showers, massage table,TV and internet.

    Looking for your input.

Want to rent it out? manage it? We are open for suggestions.

    So many possibilities . . .

Looks like a great space! You could go the spa route, rent it to escorts, or rent it as a studio space for people wanting to generate QUALITY content for the web (photography/video). You could always do a little of each, depending on your skill sets. It also depends on your desired level of involvement/liability in what goes on there. Best of luck!
The pain in so many asses.

It looks nice the only problem I see is probably zoning.
If it is a residential zoned neighbourhood, running a business there could open you up to fines and raids.
You will not be able to procure the proper licenses to do business.

It is one thing for an independant escort or massuese to operate from their home.
However to operate a building zoned for residence as a business is not generally legal.
Renting the house for a residence is acceptable, renting it for business purposes generally not allowed.

It is not even that it is secluded, because people in residential areas don't expect all the extra traffic and parking something like this would generate.

      No liquor license,
      No business license,
      No proper zoning,
      No insurance
(If the place burns down and kills everyone, there would be no coverage)

It does look useful for some photoshoots as previously mentioned.

        I would attend

i would attend if it was setup as a spa.

It would also be fun to be part of a photo soot there

Yea, I agree with Crag. it sounds like a terrific idea, but you will have major issues with zoning and I don't see it as likely, by any stretch of the imagination, for the procurement of a license. You yourself could throw a major awesome Special-girl themed house party ? I'm sure many of us would come? and who knows, I'm sure many ladies would be able to meet certain clients through said party.... though, other than yourself having and throwing a pretty spectacular evening, I don't know what you'd get out of it... a free servicing or two perhaps... but where there is cover or fees there's a business... and then there are fines. ( or yes, even raids )

( to be honest even kids selling lemonade on th side of he street is illegal, decidely overlooked, but nonetheless illegal... not a commercial zone )
