I am relatively new to the scene and am looking for a T-Girl club where they hang out, perform, strip etc. is there anything in the Toronto area

Club 120 (Formerly Goodhandys) is the only Tgirl club. Search the forums and you will see reams of threads on this place. It's scaled back significantly from even 12 months ago. I believe Thursday nights is the only remaining "Tgirl Themed" evening left.
