I'm not sure, but if not, they're badly needed for two main reasons:

1) It's our nation's capital and tgirls should be making the decisions around here

2) The Sunshine List

History shows that only large cities can support a tgirl specific club.
(Ottawa doesn't really classify as a big city)

Toronto and Montreal are the only two cities in Canada that have had longer running tgirl club or events.
Even then, it was usually only a few nights a week.
Vancouver has had tgirl bars on and off.

Anywhere else the tgirls are basically hanging at Gay clubs or sometimes straight clubs.

In the past in Ottawa some tgirls used to hang out at the Icon, a gay bar. However I don't think that is open anymore but your best bet is the local gay bar(s). This would be the only type of place you might find a soul mate. Any tgirl specific club is always working girls only, so you won't be finding any love there.

The only clubs I've been to in Canada where I had the possibility of picking up non working tgirls was El Coventro Rico in Toronto, and gay bars in Calgary and Vancouver. Even in Vancouver I hit up a tgirl at a gay bar and still got hit back for a fee.

Ya your only real bet is the local Gay club.

Of Course, Montreal is only a short drive but Citibar is still closed I believe.
Funspot Bar has tried to pick up from Citibar but I don't think it is quite the same.

Even in Montreal there is no dedicated Tgirl club at the moment, you have to check out various gay bars that are known to have trans.

Even in Toronto a dedicated tgirl club is not in existence.

Chances that there would ever be one in Ottawa is next to zero.

Thailand has hundreds of ladyboy bars but still all the girls are working girls.
Ladyboy Bars are just not the greatest place to find a soul mate.
Tgirl only bars are almost always just a facade for working girls.

Personal sites are more likely to provide you with soul mate material.
However you have to consider in Canada probably 80% or more of TS are working girls at one time or another.
A great portion of other tgirls you will find are not full time.
