Tgirls, how to use your 6 free bumps?

Hey loves,

I signed up one week ago and I'm trying to use one of my 6 free bumps to get my profile back up. There is no option to tick any boxes under the 'edit profile' section to bump my post like it keeps saying...

I contacted admin multiple times and they are not responding... Is their unresponsiveness normal?

How do I get this to work y'all ? I'm attaching a screenshot of what I'm seeing in the bump section.

It says the last bump was 10/07/15, but that is just when my profile first went live
