  • Taxis or transfers from Cyprus airports?

To be honest, I don't understand the fundamental difference between them, so I decided to write here. Friends who traveled to Cyprus in the summer told me that they couldn't find a local transfer service near the airport, so they used a taxi. Of course, it cost them more than they expected, but they didn't really have a choice because traveling by bus with their luggage would have been even worse. How do you get from Cyprus airports, by taxi or by transfer?

I think your friends didn't look hard enough, maybe they just didn't notice the signs because they were tired? My wife and I flew in July, and I didn't sleep on the plane. We were just leaving the airport when she pointed out the Gettransfer airport taxi transfers Cyprus banner, which I hadn't noticed at all. Even though we had booked a car from them, and it was branded with their logo, I would have spent half an hour looking for it. It's a good thing my wife has no trouble concentrating in any situation. If I had been flying alone, I would most likely have had to spend the night at Larnaca Airport. By the way, it's a good thing she booked a car, because, to put it mildly, I didn't like the behavior and prices of the local taxi drivers.

Over the course of my vacation in Cyprus, I discovered that having reliable transport can make or break a trip, especially when you want to explore beyond your hotel’s neighborhood. Rather than relying on rental cars or bus schedules, I turned to a taxi service that would pick me up from wherever I was and take me exactly where I needed to go, be it a winery near Limassol or a seaside village in Ayia Napa. Booking a ride ahead of time made everything easier — I could tell the driver exactly where I wanted to go and when, and I even set up a return pickup after dinner without worrying about public transport schedules. What impressed me most was how professional and experienced the drivers were, always courteous and familiar with the best routes to avoid traffic and get me to my destination efficiently. Before I booked all these rides for different days and occasions, I read through the company’s service and booking process carefully https://taxi-cyprus.eu/ to make sure they covered the areas I was interested in and offered a dependable experience. Every ride was comfortable, with plenty of space for my luggage and a smooth ride that let me relax and take in the scenery, and it turned a potentially stressful part of travel into a highlight of my time on the island.

Usually, taking a taxi is the best option. But shuttle services aren’t bad either… I have no doubt that the warm-hearted people of my hometown will welcome you in the most sincere way. I would definitely recommend visiting Kyrenia as well 💕
