Many shemales claim to give good service, they have very promising bio on there page but i haven't seen any shemale claims to have a recent HIV report. We pay them a handsome amount of money so we must ask them a recent HIV report. It will be beneficial for both tgirl and also for visitors. If they show their recent HIV reports them we can fulfill our fantasies like licking, sucking or another without having fear in mind.
would like to listen your take on this so please comment

Your safety is up to you and our safety is up to us. If you're wanting to see a clean HIV report from us, we might as well ask you for the same thing. Without showing legal names and ID to match, you can't really even verify it's real or genuine so in this industry, it's not practical. You're as safe as you allow yourself to be. I insist on condoms every single time and would never allow bareback for any amount of money even if they provided a clean STI/HIV report. I take PrEP and get tested regularly. I suggest anyone who sees escorts do the same. Request urine, swab, and blood test and get a full panel STI/HIV test. Also, make sure you're seeing professional escorts, not ones that openly advertise bareback services. The best way to ensure not having HIV/STI anxiety is covered services. Covered BJ, Covered Anal, Covered Rimjob, no kissing, and learn to spot what genital warts, herpes, and syphilis sores look like. If you're wanting uncovered services, you will always be taking a risk and I STRONGLY advise against bareback anal.

Risk is part of the business guys ask for bb and girls offer Bb. Many girls offer it, but under wraps. It's kinda like online dating where "not looking for hookups" and you get a bj in the car before getting home from the date.

I just had an anal sex with a shemale. I was bottom but in between the act condom got broke and she instantly replaced it. Just instant after it broken. She gave me a HIV report of 3 month old. How likely is chances of me getting HIV ? I know it's impossible still I am being paranoid and mentally unstable thinking that.
Please clarify as early as possible.

You're safe, but you're also quite a bore. If everything is covered, what's the point? Most of us would rather jerk off. All sexual activity has some risk, and for many of us, the risks are worth it for the pleasure involved. You don't need to lecture anyone else on what they should or shouldn't do. What are you my father? There's a risk to taking Prep for your liver. I would not take that risk myself. You seem to be comfortable taking that risk. Should I lecture you? We all choose differing risk scenarios, but if you drain sex of its inherent skin on skin contact, what's the point? Two people on Prep can have all the bareback fun they want with limited risk. It's not about morality but mitigation. Stay in your lane, and save the "I STRONGLY advise against..." speeches. You're not the Surgeon General.

That's certainly a valid opinion but that doesn't make it the only valid opinion. People with differing opinions can co-exist in the same community. I was stating my opinion based off education and research from sexual health professionals. My clients are completely fine with covered anal services and I can only think of a handful that had an issue with it and most of them even took accountability and said they didn't read my ad(restrictions) before booking. I offer bareback oral services and some clients have even requested condoms for oral services because they wanted to be extra cautious and they enjoy it all the same. It's not really been an issue for me.

I was simply advising people with a lower risk tolerance to avoid these higher risk providers and what acts to avoid if they are anxious about contracting something. I was not insisting it be the standard for this business. If you want to experience bareback, by all means, take the risk. Again, My above comment was directed only at people who seem to have a lower risk tolerance or want to indulge in services without the anxiety of catching something.

Also, I go in for routine bloodwork every 3 months to check my liver while on prep. I was under the impression that it was standard procedure while taking it.

The risk is low, however, I still recommend getting tested to put your mind at ease, especially if you are having major anxiety about it.

But it was just yesterday and she said she used condom effectively and no chances. So can I start PEP?

We all balance different risk/reward scenarios in this "hobby." This is not a "differing opinion" but a fact. Your risk/reward calculation will be infinitely different than mine since you are increasing your risk infinitely simply by the number of men you see. Your blind spot is in thinking that you can offer advice because somehow you are smarter or wiser about "health care professionals" or even smarter morally than the rest of us. Saying men "took accountability" about not reading your ad is just so woke it's painful. lol. What are you, the struggle session coordinator? (look it up if you don't know what those are). Never mind the fact that us men are exhaustingly aware of what girls say in their ads and what they actually do in real life and for money (add a huge wink emoji here). It's absolutely true that literally every other girl offers bareback services, whatever you might think of that personally.

BTW there is no such thing as a "professional escort" designation, lol. Many girls offer bareback because they're on Prep and have lowered their risk of HIV dramatically (setting aside other stuff that Prep cannot protect against). Are they less "professional" to you because of it? Keep the morality out of it. It's a dangerous road to self-delusion and inflation.

You're 100% wrong. There are plenty of providers offering bareback but it is not "literally every other girl". It is not even the majority. I said what I did because believe it or not, I am properly educated in this subject.

I have already clarified that my above comment was directed at a specific group of people and it's clear that it does not include you so I see no reason to continue this conversation. I am not interested in an argument so you'll have to find it with someone else.

How do you know it's not "literally every girl" oh wise woman? Do you see trans escorts as I do? You do not. And what your five friends tells you they do in private is not what actually happens in private. I personally have seen maybe ten escorts in the last two months. 8 out of 10 offered me bareback. My sample size is small, but if it's any indication of what's happening out there, I am more "properly educated" (LOL) on the subject than you are, because I have actual direct experience with multiple trans escorts. Not talking or projecting like you do, ACTUAL EXPERIENCE.

The stigma around bareback is not what it once was, and for good reason. The larger point is that risk assessments that we all do, including you, should be unhooked from creeping moral judgments, like you saying only go to "professional escorts" (who don't offer bareback). There are high risk scenarios and low risk scenarios. Save the "take accountability" speeches for people who care what you think, mkay?

I'll leave you alone now Avery but there's something smug and wokely-all-knowing about you, and it's quite tedious. You're on a hooker board. You're no better than anyone because you cover yourself in condoms and saran wrap, lol.
