should we start a secret society/community maybe on some other platform like reddit,discord or telegram where we can have a structural approach to all of this, as a guy who just recently got into all this, its very hard to navigate and get some actual genuine tips or advices from people who have actually hired someone. surely there is a better way to go about this. open to any suggestions that follows this message
