Please ask ur friend to google STD clinic in Bangalore. As far I can recollect there is a clinic on double road.

Early screening is very important and they should be able to treat him with pre/ post exposure medication for Hiv.
However this medication will not prevent any other STD's like HEP A/B/C and they will need to be treated independently.
