Babe tip of advice break this tour in pieces. Your going to burn yourself out a third of the way in on this tour. When it comes to wanting to do everything and everyone I can say I have the experience.
Once you hit Edmonton take a couple days to yourself then continue until Niagara Falls then take a couple days to yourself there. Then go do the rest.

You may think I?m being against you saying this. I?m not. I just have been around and done this so I feel out of respect to someone they should know what they are putting they?re body through. Whatever goal you have to accomplish just remember you have to think about yourself and your body before you can be thinking about how you can make someone happy in service.

Trust me, break down your tour or take a couple extra days in a city without working to prepare your body to be capable to handle the next hurdle of customers instead of getting emotionally and physically exhausted.

I usually always take the travel days & an extra day or two off in longer stays (5+) & during shorter days (4 days or less) I take just the travel days to myself. I try to mix up my days between creating content & seeing clients so it gives me a break.

I dont think your being ill will at all I know exactly what you mean because I learnt the hard way my last tour.
