Dude 3 months is the window for HIV. Just think about what activity you did which you think was unsafe? Obviously you did not bareback (I hope). If its only a bbbj then HIV is not really a concern. A pimple on your pubes does not mean STDs necessarily. It is most likely an ingrown hair or just skin abrasions. In the summer these things are common as you sweat a lot more and your pubic area is always enclosed so thereby chances of getting a fungal infection is more.
