Do Doctor's always get it right regarding breast implant size?

That's a pretty nice looking pair you currently have there. The way I look at it, the perfect size is what fits in a man's hand. That's what I like. Any more than that is excess in my opinion.

Well, having a good handful, or better still a good mouthful, is best. Going with your gut, getting the smaller sizes, seems to be what you are more comfortable with.

Decided I'll go with the hips, since I can wear a stuffed bra and very rarely am I topless, but with hips you can't do that and if I want to wear shorts or jeans or a short dress, short tops, well I need hips.

Another option I'm considering is going to Cuba to get procedures done, both hips-ass/breasts for maybe even less than it would cost for one procedure here.

Hips-ass is a good call if you think your hips are too narrow. I am a total hips-ass freak and also love smaller breasts, so you are my kinda gal! I have 2 friends that have natural breasts & they are fucking hot IMO. Also, there is apparently a Dr. in Mexico (more than 1 I'm sure) that is quite well-known for his work.....

Ya I think it's a good call too, it's weird lately I've had way more dysphoria about my hips than my breasts, even though my boobs are beyond small. But I find they haven't stopped growing lately and now do kind of look like breasts, just really really small ones.
Although it does seem more complicated getting hips done as opposed to a BA. Here in MTL when I google hip augmentation I do find places that do fat transfer, but I don't think I have enough fat for that, i do have a lil belly but im not sure it would be enough. So I guess implants even though i guess fat transfer is better. Or I could try to eat poutine 3 times per day for 3-6 months...eesh my stomach feels queasy just thinking about that. I have an eating disorder so

Ya I heard Mexico has a lot of cosmetic surgery, but I'm kind of wary of Mexico in that regard, and just in general. Here's an example from not too long ago.

There are many other cases, although it's true not only in Mexico, I guess everywhere one should be careful when it comes to permanent body modifications.
But I heard Cuba has top notch doctors and heath care system as well so I'm considering that, even though Toronto already seems way far for me and my disorders!
Also if something goes wrong maybe it's better I be on home soil.

And one of the things that does worry me amongst many others is I'm a side sleeper, I cant fall asleep on my back or stomach. That's not good for recovery. So maybe ill need to be tied up to sleep?

Well to me they're not quite where I would want them to be, I'd be fine with just a bit more , but the reason I didn't want to go through with it is I just thought it would make me too top heavy, really inverse triangle.
But I guess the option's always there if I should have a change of mind.

There was this porn actress who I use to watch who had small lil breasts and nice hips and I used to think to myself I rather like this look, I wouldn't mind it.

Well I don't think I'm in the hot category at all, since I have dysphoria in regards to every single part of my face & body, and I think I've gotten insulted more than complimented when I do actually leave the house, which I don't very much at all, especially in summer time, because of said dysphoria and other disorders.
But I do think a procedure or two would surely help quite a bit.

Oh no worries, I've looked up lots of stuff regarding all kinds surgeries including the bad/botched stuff, so I've already managed to scare myself quite a bit with the help of trusty old google. Even with GRS i've been having second thoughts lately.

But i do think with trans women in general sometimes it's their own fault if it looks botched since they tend to over do stuff when it comes to cosmetic surgeries, like latina ts and the way they sometimes get their hips/butts done, like kardashian style +++ , it's just way out of proportion and just weird looking in my opinion, or like those girls that get so much fillers and stuff in their face's that they end up with a big head like a hairless grizzly bear or something :P

And also in Latin American countries a lot of the procedures you see are done diy, so there's bound to be a lot of botched jobs.

But ya, I'm definitely trying to take my time and find the right person for the job and not rush things, even though I wish I could just wake up tomorrow with an improved body!

Not quite. Too big for me and I don't like when there's too much space between the breasts and they hang to the side. The ones I wanted were smaller than that and I still didn't think they suited me. In any case I decided not to get breast implants, instead hips and butt. But I had to put it off until after Xmas as my mom has to deal with breast cancer at the moment, thankfully it seems as though she won't need chimeo only radiotherapy!
