The GBD declaration is bullshit because it was written by people with conflicts of interest who were paid by an anti-science think tank known for climate change denial. It's unscientific and not based in facts and has been refuted by experts across the world.

Pfizer wants to make money, like any corporation. You don't have to like everything they do to take the vaccine and protect yourself.

Vaccines reduce likelihood of infection and reduce symptoms if you do get infected, greatly reducing deaths and hospitalizations, saving ICU beds for those who need them. Some diseases like the flu and covid are more contagious than others so they never completely go away even with vaccines, but the flu today is nothing more than an inconvenience, and in a few generations Covid will be the same. Vaccines help us get there with a much lower death toll.

Hospitals literally quarantined covid patients away from the others so I don't know where you're getting any of that from.

Do the responsible thing and listen to the doctors. We are not in a position to decide what is best in this situation.
