I hear this a lot amongst the trans community. Why is it negative to be Gay? IIs it because, as transwomen we barely the brunt of most , of the discrimination and I'm talking within the L.G.B.T community? Or is it that we have been conditioned like( undercover males) to believe being gay is not right? I am attracted to men period. I don't care if he loves to get fucked, or not. I prefer to have sex with someone who knows how to please all of me. As trans people, we don't want to be judge, or disrespected for who we were, we want to be embraced for who we are now, and our character now. Then we should show that same courtesy to the rest of the world.

People still need labels, and still worry about what labels others put on them. Even men who are supportive of LGBT rights and equality are still embarassed at the thought that someone might "think he is gay". The vast majority of men that watch trans porn , spend time with trans escorts, etc are still deeply ashamed of it and don't want to tell anyone they like to suck cock or get fucked up the ass.

Humanity still has a long way to go to happily accept a society where any adult fucks any adult and it is considered a natural part of society. I blame a lot of that on religion. Even men who are non religious still have that programming that came from their childhood or their community around them and it is very hard to shake.

If I ever am with someone who happens to dare make a joke about my sexual interests, I just simply pull him aside and through my phone show him a few ads from trans women I have had sex with. Shuts a guy up pretty fast and if it didn't , I would not engage with that person again. I will never let someone dictate to me who I have sex with or be ashamed of it. Unfortunately, most men still carry that burden of fear and shame and secrecy and it is a tough journey. While I empathize with men who struggle with this, I have no praise for men who turn this oppression into anger and become rude and abusive because they can't be secure in their own sexuality.

Labels matter to the majority of people, and I really speak out against that when I can. People get so worried and ashamed of what label other people put on them too. If humanity ever advances past needing to label everyone in a box, we will be better off for it.
