So I get this email.I have had similar emails in the past.
When I checked into this situation it did turn out that someone had 2 profiles on Shemale Canada.
So I deleted one of them since I only allow one per person. However the other profile is ok.
Escorts cannot sign up with a username that exists so the culprit here has her own page and username.
However she is using the same display name as another established escort in another city.
I allow everyone to use my site as long as they follow all the rules, so I do not see any reason to delete this persons other profile and/or "Teach them a lesson".
I am not the shemale police so I do not think it is fair for me to judge here.
If they follow the rules they should be able to stay on my site? Right?
I don't feel I have any grounds to delete the other profile.
Escorts fictious names are between them, many places have escorts using the same names.
It's not my call to teach anyone a lesson?

I'd suggest your one name policy is the right one. It would seem to me that the one with an existing name and who is also using another girls name is attempting to draw on the other girls appeal or client base. That is not right!

In large cities common names abound and several GG agencies may each have girls with the same names but I have not seen more than one girl per site with any given name [I'm not suggesting that your site is an agency but the principle is the same].

You are right Craig, you are not a shemale police, so no need of deleting her profile as long as this girl has only one profile on shemalecanada.

Craigyb, unfortunately the members of your site can't use the court system for trademark infringment...might be a little awkward. So you may be put in a position to be the police of your site as there is no other recourse for the injured party. If it is obvious that one person is trying to cut into another persons action by using their name (identity theft?) I don't think you are out of line in dealing with the issue by asking the offending party to choose another name....or not.
