EASTER for the Cave Bear People

I'm wishing you the best in life and may you find true love as well, even if your not looking for one.

And I'm wishing you HAPPY EASTER just the same.

    Goodluck!

EASTER for the " cave " bear People .

I read about these ancient tribes living in the Caucasian mountains ( ten-thousand ) years back that considered the giant cave bear their god. They would go out in hunting parties and corner their Bear-God in it's cave and ritualistically kill it.
Then through elaborate ceremony, they would eat it's body, drink it's blood in an attempt to bring the bear-god back to life inside them. It was their Holy Sacrament.
So you see, this dysfunctional process has been going on in different incarnations and under different motifs for thousands of years. No matter how one looks at it, it's a barbaric ritual that needs to be psychoanalysed in depth.

The irony is . . . .If there ever really was a god incarnate / supernatural visitation etc. . . , would humanity just do the same thing all over again ? The answer is yes if the fucking church had anything to do with it. Because it would only help to support and perpetuate their authority within the community at large.
Hence the use of the word " dogmatism " to describe a view that remains confined to one single position that never wants to grow or change.
My question would be this. . . . How can spiritualism ever hope to thrive under these limited tribal conditions ? How then could the world ever have peace or become one in spirit, if humanity continues to isolate itself off into these separate compartments of dogmatic entrenchment ? It's all antithetical behaviour to it's cause.

Where do you think those values came from. . . .?

Religions passed on these greedy values by not addressing the real issues.
The western world is predominately Christian and was so during the industrial revolution. It was this idea that god gave all this to mankind to fuck with how ever he saw fit. This is just an example of a male dominated society that created some fucked up religion to justify what ever the fuck they wanted to justify with their fictitious so called god rules covering their ass.

When things got a bit sticky they decided to single out some persona , ie. some fictitious guy to represent the so called " son of god part of this con job.

For fuck sakes , a man / person can't be a god. What a fucking bunch of pure bullshit ! How fucking stupid do people have to be to buy that fucking shit !? I shake my head in disbelief !

And god said let the rape of the earth transpire. Because after all, that's what it's there for. What a completely fucked up idea.

If these religious pricks who run these organizations were worth their salt, they'd have said right from the get go " THOU SHALL NOT FUCK UP THE PLANET "

I'm sorry but people who believe in shit like this are nothing more than spooked out primitives. Superstitious nut bars.

I say , Wake the fuck up World !

Actually, the industrial revolution was the catalyst for real social change in the western world. Secular viewpoints such as the rights of the individual were for the first time considered viable. Prior to that point the church had a strangle hold on the mores of those in control. Once the idea of a commercial class became a reality the church and its inflexible dogma was edged out of the decision making process. While the modern world has its faults the basic freedoms we now enjoy were made possible by the separation of church and state which occured because of the industrial revolution. If anything, I think society as a whole is less greedy now than it was then. God given entitlement to be masters of others is thankfully going the way of the inquisition and other forms of church sanctioned barbarism.

Religions are bedrock foundations for large blocks of perceived morality dispositions.
And each major religion indoctrinates their young into extending that moral disposition out to every aspect of the common world community at large. We are talking about value systems here that effect the rest of the globe.

So please don't tell me that your religious brainwashing doesn't have anything to do me or others. Because when added to the matrix of human socialization as a whole, your one single drop of dementia along with all the others put together, can build a real monster of an impact on the rest of us, who don't want to play that game.

We are talking about value systems here. And these value systems are a real substantive plague on the world in so many ways.
Values are about priorities. And when large groups of brainwashed people start pushing the weight of their priorities around, a lot of areas of real importance can become impacted. Or for that matter unfairly or improperly ignored.

Remember to think about this now . . . . " Most of the environmental problems we have now, resulted from our Western societies behaviour, based on Western society values. Like I said earlier, those distorted values sprang from the seeds of their religious dogmas. Dogmas who's priorities fell way short of what was needed to protect us from ourselves.

Because in the beginning religion was just some fantastic story telling with an objective towards keeping the collective community in reasonable check. And a way to deal with death and the fear of it, while controlling the behaviour of large groups of people by a privileged few. Religion is basically political in nature not spiritual. Spirituality is something that is ever growing and can never be contained within the limits of these various dogmas that now control most of the world.

Values control intent . . . that was supported by desires . . . . originally skewed by the deep penetration of dogmatic propaganda.

Religious propaganda that's usually inflicted on the innocents of children at such a young age it should really be against the law.

If you want to change the world you must start with the children.

People down through history like the Pope for example, knew this.
That's their MO. So if you've been brainwashed and are now aware of it, then you should consider the evil predatory nature of those who sacked your individuality, and rid yourself of the pollutant as best you can.
Therein lies the rub. The caveat that others beliefs do not affect me is almost impossible to ensure but for the abolition of religous faith. The delay in having contraception in Africa (thereby increaseing rates of HIV transmission) is based in faith in a god's laws. The delay in stem cell research, gay marriage, working on sunday, teaching creation as a scientific subject, murder because of publication of cartoons of Mohamed, etc are all based in religion and all affect me to a greater or lesser degree. To those that support religion: How can this be stopped? Can the faithful be trusted to do it? After all they've had a couple of thousands of years to do it and have failed.

          O.k. I'm done.
Faith is belief in the absence of proof and belief dispite contradictory proof. Faith, by definition is unfalsifiable and therefore outside of my 'belief' system. I do not have faith per se but rather rational belief, which is based on previous experince and probability of an event or action occuring. (i.e. I have 'faith' people will do the right thing because they usually do. But I am aware that sometimes they do not.)

            Salvador's Convictions Is His Right

We now have to let this topic rest, I should have known better to not argue about religion and beliefs, not only on this board but anywhere for that matter, I was just carried away too.

And we just have to respect Salvador and his secular and passionate views and disagreements to anything about people religious devotion (I'm sure he's against, not only to the Roman Catholic Churh, but also to all religious views embraced by others, as he clearly expressed that for him, this religious and dogmatics beliefs, it's leaders and followers are the real cause of this world problems).

And I even regret resurrecting this thread by Kristopin, which I initially even said not appropriate for this board ( me and my big mouth lol). Anyway I appeal to anyone who wishes to add more to this, Please! don't, I'm sure there's some members who espouses all what Salvador's believes in, and maybe there are some who also shares mine. But enough.

This would be my last piece on this topic. he shared his views and I can sense it makes him all riled up discussing it here, his disappointments and disgust to the church and the people who still believes in it's doctrines, as what he believes in his heart is what causes all the ills of this world. And he could be right for all we know, so let's just leave it be.

I do accept that the faith I belong to has made mistakes in the past and it's leaders and some policies it adheres to are still contributing to some societal conflicts until now, the churches unacceptance for people who are different (like us, not only us T-girls, but you all it's admirers as well). But it's not only catholicsm who is against it.

Anyway, people come and go from this earth, and most probably it's needed changes won't happen before our lifetime. We just have to make the most out of everything and pursue happiness which is the ideals of everyone alive today and we just have to leave it for whatever happens when our transitory life is over.

Kings, Queens, Presidents, Prime minister's, Pope, Rabbi, and all famous celebrities died, and with all their accomplishments, it all died with them except the exemplary contributions some of them left to our society.

I am just glad that someone here, finds time to share his views against my views, coz, it somehow gave me validations and agreeing to disagreeing is the fundamental rights of anyone in this democratic nation and I truly, truly welcome it.

However, he pointed out the reason's and explained to us the negativities of the faith that I belong to, and I have stated the reason's why I do still has that faith and beliefs.
Now it's time to end it and stop more discussions about religions and sprituality (and sorry in reviving it).

Last note...I am against the closing of all Malls and other business establishments on Good Friday and Easter Sunday here in Canada because of this yearly commemoration (coz, it's not a holiday in the U.S).
It's like a ghost town everywhere we went yesterday. I will vote for this events to be removed as a statutory holiday festivities (maybe even Christmas) coz, I believe it's very imposing to non-christian population.

( Although I have a Thailander friend here who said, "OH NO! although I don't believe in your religion, I'm in favor of this holidays, no work and with pay") lol!

So, bye bye to this thread.
