I think it is very odd that she would use your pictures. She is very pretty and as you said in Montreal. I think maybe it might be someone using both of your pictures? You should try contacting the number in Montreal if you havent and try and speak to her, and tell her the situation?

that is a good idea, definitely put a response on craigslist los angeles, and just say you are not in California, and someone has been using my pics, its not much but a start.

ya i would guess the person is not the girl using that pic. i would do the same contact her and see if there is a similar voice on the other end. Copyright your pictures and then hire a lawyer in the states to send "asshole" and craigslist a cease and desist order. The person using your pics can be easily served through the method they are already using for customer contact on Craigs. If nothing else, you will then have their name as well as get them to think twice about it. Better yet, if they do it again, not only you can go after them in their local court for violating the C&D Order, you can also sue them for big $$$ in Federal court for Copyright infringment. The lawyer for the Federal case will easily cost them $7-10K just for the retainer.
