Suing this person would probably be a waste of time. Instead, I would wait a few months, until she forgets about your call. Then ask some of us (people like me, who have been to see you and admire you greatly) to call up this evil person, and make appointments, for which of course we would not show up.

If you can find out her address, we can order her pizza and COD packages of all kinds. It will be difficult for her to earn money with people like this knocking at her door all the time.

after the scam they will let someone else take the heat for their actions.

if a fake scam artist is persistent on stealing a model's pics, i don't see
why it would be wrong for the true model to post on that very same craiglist ad column to beware and alert people that someone is stealing her pics and be careful to notice the difference between the phone numbers.
Exposing the imposters is the best way to deal with them. the ways to

Post an add on all the the criglist site cities you visit, and just before it expires normaly u get a notifiction to renew every month.

In the addand point to your clients to check your website for travel dates and phone numbers it will be hard to copy ur pic again after that.

This is a ridiculous witch hunt.

I sort of understand being upset about someone actually using her picture.
However this second girl is doing nothing wrong WHATSOEVER, that is not a picture of Lucy but it is a picture of Gigi.
So no one is allowed to resemble Lucy or no one else in the world is allowed to be called lucy either?

Look, I travel around alot and I have seen many escorts in many cities using other peoples pictures. (Espcecially porn stars pics) I even met one once that wasn't quite the person in the picture but looked similar.
These people are not purposely trying to steal the reputation of others.
In fact, they do not have any good pictures of themselves, so they scour the web looking for pics of a TS that looks similar to them.
They also assume that since they live so far away that that person would never notice.

As I said none of this is a specific attack on Lucy in my mind.
They just are using her picture in one case.
Go look on Adultfriendfinder there is hundreds of people using others pics. I even caught someone on there using a picture of my dick on their profile. They meant no harm to me, i just assume they thought my dick looked better than theirs or they had no pic to use.
In the other case they tend to resemble Lucy, but if Lucy straightened her hair, there would be very little resemblence.
It's all relative.
