Not porn but certainly vintage, you mentioned the old "Batman" TV show. I loved watching "Batman" as a kid and at some point started noticing all the villains had really pretty sidekicks. Retro Bondage - Wonder Woman Edition

Any discussion of retro Bondage Cover Art would not be complete without including Wonder Woman! She was always in some kind of peril... and the situations were often sexually suggestive...
