    Retro Ads... Sex Sells: “Computers?”

I had originally posted something like this on the old Transladyboy forum. We had several members who, like me, had computer experience going back many decades... Hope you will find something to like here! Better still, post some of your own! I'm sure there's a lot of members who remember this stuff...

A young Dr. Andy maybe? His Mom is saying: “Andy... Go back to that pic you and your Dad were looking at before I walked in... I may have to spank both of you...”

Guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree! Looks like Dr. Andy's... Dad? OMG! He’s coming on to his student (Moderators: this must be a college class, I'm sure she's at least 18). And check out how he’s dressed... “Disco Dan!” From around 1977-79 maybe? Those are “NorthStar” computers. One of the earliest PC’s, it used CP/M a forerunner of DOS. There’s a backstory behind this and how Microsoft found great success and Digital Research lost out...

“Bondage” and computers? Hell yesssss! From 1993... My Mom is saying: “Andy! Why is your door locked?” Me: “Go away! I’m busy studying!”

A collection of “floppy disks”... Bet no one born after 2000 even knows what these are. My students don’t... These were available in 8”, 5¼”, and 3½” sizes. I prefer the 8” ones myself...

“Groovy Baby!” Don’t know the exact year of this ad, but she’s giving me a 60’s vibe...

The Game Boy Pocket dates to 1996. I had an early version of Game Boy from around 90-91. Don’t remember this ad... Fake? No, I don’t really think so, but I certainly would have remembered it had I seen it!!!

“Dr. Andy” teaches Business Forecasting! This looks like an original IBM PC from the early 1980’s. Is that chart “suggestive” or what? She’s saying to the guy: “Bet YOU can’t get it up like that...”

This ad HAS to be from the early to mid-90’s. That style of tower computer was popular back then. Have owned many of them... Even built a few. She’s saying: “Do I remind you of your babysitters Dr. Andy? Maybe you’d like to tie ME up, naughty boy...”
