  • Just an inquiry

I was thinking of taking a holiday late sumner. I thought seeing I've yet to go the eastern canada the toronto would be cool.

So just wondering if anyone has recommendations for motel/hotels that are affordable? Probably been like 5 days. And what are the good areas to be in. Also any sightseeing must see.

Depends where you want to stay.
If you want to be downtown and close to Goodhandys, then i would suggest using hotwire.com.
You can almost always get 3 star hotels for $40-60 and 4 star hotels from about $60-120.
Unfortunately I think you need a credit card to use the site.
I have found this is the the best deal in Toronto.
Never have I gotten a bad 4 star room.

Other than that there is some reasonable hotels near church st. however You will probably pay at least 100-150.
Ramada, Holiday inn express, Novotel, towne inn, comfort suites.

Other than that you can get cheaper hotels out in Mississauga cheaper but it is pretty far away.

I think it would take more then a week to do all that. CNE sounds cool though. And the Falls would be a must and maybe a stop in at GoodHandys...

I think that is only a side trip, if you are going to see Wayne Gretzky's house.

no its the other way around, you go to see Lisa's and then if you are not too tired then you go see his house.

Paula, niagara falls is easy, $10 bucks and you take the casino bus there, see the falls, and get the bus back. can be done easily in a morning, if you dont go to the casino.

thanks Rants, i forgot about the art stuff.

there is also canada's wonderland, but i detest the place.

                          also pacific mall for shopping.

oh yeah a dinner cruise on one of the ships that tours the harbour, well ok they may be a bit small compared to the ships that go in and out of vancouver.
