Hey Lisa. Well soccer ( some call it football ) is played everywhere. It's a global thing ...lol

A yellow-colored card shown by a referee in soccer indicates that the player has committed a foul and is being "asked" to behave.

It' s like the ref stepping in between hockey players who are having words and just says for them to "cool it down" or else they''ll get a penalty.
