I found it interesting that the head 'Natzi' Mcgintie had some new laws passed so people can be thrown in jail just because they look guilty, don't get me wrong the rioters should be shot, but passing and changing laws like he did is bullshit and should never be allowed, hes the biggest lying peice of shit we ever had in office.

Alleviated fear.....
Fortunately, the fear of last week chaos and anarchy is now just a memory. As Torontonians has proven to be a resilient and peace loving people, as we now giving back to Toronto the place where it should be.
The chance to give this city the opportunity to earn big revenue by the influx of fun loving people visiting this city to join us in this weeklong festivities, instead of the terrible loss those trouble makers incurred that'll cost tax money to rebuild.
The whole GLTB community will have the first chance to prove to the world that we can host a party, without causing havoc to the government, businesses, and private properties.
Sans financial or diminished financial support from the government this year, I have no doubt that it'll be another successful one like in the previous year. And as we know politics always causes stir in any event, let us just put those in a comical way, just for this particular event...
As I still remember this story of a young boy inquisitions and curiousities about politics, I'll post this one more time.....
Whether your a LIBERAL CONSERVATIVE or NDP YOU'LL GET A KICK OUT OF THIS!
A little boy goes to his Dad and asks, 'What is Politics?'
Dad says, 'Well son, let me try to explain it this way:
I am the head of the family, so call me The Prime Minister.
Your Mother is the administrator of the money, so we call her the Government.
We are here to take care of your needs, so we will call you the People.
The nanny, we will consider her the WorkingClass.
And your baby brother, we will call him the Future.
Now think about that and see if it makes sense.'
So the little boy goes off to bed thinking about what Dad has said.
Later that night, he hears his baby brother crying, so he gets up to check on him.
He finds that the baby has severely soiled his nappy.
So the little boy goes to his parent's room and finds his Mother asleep.
Not wanting to wake her, he goes to the nanny's room.
Finding the door locked, he peeks in the keyhole and sees his Father in bed with the nanny.. He gives up and goes back to bed.
The next morning the little boy says to his Father, 'Dad, I think I understand the concept of politics now.'
The Father says, 'Good, son, tell me in your own words what you think politics is all about.'
The little boy replies, 'The Prime Minister is screwing the WorkingClass while the Government is sound asleep.
The People are being ignored and the Future is in deep shit.'
Anyway......HAPPY CANADA DAY!!!

What happened last Saturday isn't much of anything. A small section of Queen St West was valdalized by a bunch of people who are now behind bars. The media made it out like the city was under seige when in reality it was about a 1km section of Queen St. There was no real violence beyond that because the police did such a good job. There is nothing to fear this weekend.

I'm going downtown today as I missed the tgirl party last thursday at Goodhandy's.
Special occasions such as Canada day is a family event, and as some beloved elders in our family needed those few remaining moments in life to have the complete family surround them during special holidays.
And as much as I wanted to go I cannot deny them the pleasure of having us with those few remaining celebrations they can have with us. (no matter how boring sometimes the party is....LOL).
And I'm gonna try to drop by at Goodhandy's as well, I believe they have that party called 'I LOVE SEX PARTY' wooohoooo! I love PARTY and I love SEX!
whew!, this could be a double whammy!!! I can't 100% promise but if I did, see you there!

You're absolutely right, I was downtown that Saturday afternoon then proceeded to Goodhandy's and it was packed, Church street and even Yonge have not a slightest signs of that melee that happened during the G20.Originally posted by tommygun View PostWhat happened last Saturday isn't much of anything. People as usual are in BIG BIG PARTY mood.
The extremely humid weather on Sunday unfortunately dampened my desires to stay longer to watch the parade in it's entirety.
