My preference is as follows:

1) I wear a comdom when the service provider goes down on me. (Most usually insist on this anyway.)

2) I use a condom suring any anal penetration (me on top -- I can't handle being a bottom -- wish I could, but it hurts too much!).

3) I'm okay with her not wearing a condom for oral sex. I don't let her cum in my mouth, and I don't brush my teeth within a few hours of visiting. I do use mouth wash or breath mints before, and like to use mouth wash afterwards.

The main problem is that there is an incubation period before the tests would show positive, many are 3 months.
