The evening was very entertaining. The ladies classy and beautiful. Karen was, well, Karen. She was magnificient. A lady of substance. Beautiful, classy and charming. Inteligent and a wonderful ambassador for Filipinas, and the transgendered community.
I felt very much at home. The show started 1 hour late much as it would have done in my Caribbean homeland. Also, like being home, the crowd was friendly and relaxed. It's a shame that the contestants would not have been accorded the same acceptance level for transgendered people in my Caribbean homeland.
Congratulations Karen. The "Jewels of the Philippines" shone brightly and the brighest jewel was the Beautiful Diamond, Karen. I am proud of you.
