Song of the week: Jennifer Lopez - On the Floor This is one of those extremely rare occasions that I like a song currently played on Top 40 radio. I am going to hold my reservations about music released from the start of the new millenium as it is highly negative in feeling. The one thing about this song that I like though is its relation to a hit released nearly 20 years ago. Thats right, the music style used here reflects a hit song from years back called "Lambada". Hey, samplimg and borrowing happens all the time in the music biz but I guess this one time I liked how they incorporated the old with the new.
Movie:Escape From New York No doubt about it. One of my favorite films that i still enjoy watching to this date. At first it was just pure entertainment but after seeing this multiple times its almost downright scary how this could be a reality. Truly. Imagine that the world gets so bad that even law enforcers cant control chaos. Its happening to an extent in some cities globally. Think about it. What if one day the GTA was used as a security prison encased by a 50 foot wall. Preposterous? Maybe not now and maybe not in a hundred years but if humankind really pushes itself too much who knows.

OK all. First day of Spring is Sunday March 20th and wow, what a relief. No more freezing temperatures, no more slick roads, no more flu seasons and no more of that dreadful snow. Shoveling the driveway and walkway takes its toll on a person.
Lets see how the last question turns out. 10 big points and whoever has the most after this round gets to choose Miss March. By the way Miss March will be announced next weekend after the winner and I discuss a few things. I'll also provide a consolation prize as it were for 2nd and 3rd place but I'll get into that when everything is determined.

Hello everyone. I have talked to maddplotter and he has made his decision as to who will be Miss March. It will be announced March 26th 2011. For the first time since this project began years ago another forum member has their say as to who the woman of the month will be. Hopefully in the months to come there will be more interaction like this.
