9600 is fax speed.
You probably had a 2400/9600 baud fax modem.

14400 was the minimum for internet dial up.
the 2400 baud modems were pre internet.

Pictures did take alot longer but not 2 hours, that was what happened on the 2400 modem. Only could use that on BBS's.

At the beginning of the internet most of the shemale porn was free on newsgroups from guys that scanned it. Like the shannon pictures.
