It is totaly up to you I would recomend going to you surgon and discusing the best size for your frame during your first consoult,,then thinking it over alottt then chosing what you want. In the end it is your body and dont get the size others think will look good get the size you want,, like i am geting 400cc ( for me a small D) cuzz thats the maxxx my surgon said he could fit into my frame and breast pocket and because I am geting cohesive silicone gell( also you can go bigger with saliene because they are filled inside the breast insted of silicone gell or silicone cohiesive gell whitch are pre filled) also its about 200 ccs per breast size you want to go up but always remember 400 ccs could look small on some girls and HUGEEE on others so it is based totaly on your breast shape and rib cage excc good luckk I am geting myne done April 5th s0o0o wish me luck,.,. and you should get a consoult from Dr Lista at the plastic surgery clinic he is so0o0o awsomee and the consultations are free he will tell you what will look awsome forshuree

Dr. Marc DuPere is the best surgeon in Toronto for breast implants for transsexuals m2f & f2m! He did an awnsome great job on mines back in May 9'th, 2007 and i fucking love it & still today get alot of compliments on them everywhere i go. But unfortuantly for Lisa Paradise, she wasn't too happy with her results due to, well, i'll just leave it to her to explain if she is open to it. Anyways I suggest u get saline implants at first, cause its less scaring, only about 2 inchs the most underneath. If u get silicone, u would have to pay an extra 2 grand on it and also u would have a much bigger & noticable scar, about 6 inchs. My saline implants are size 600'cc,, and soon i will go see him again and get the maximum size they make at 850'cc, so u can look like a bigger whore, lol. On a side note, if u want natural boobs, then tell ur doctor that and he will know how many cc's he'll give u, so thats my advice. I would go with a small C... I had a gf who was asian and small framed her first set she got a B cup and they looked horrible. Implants are round and hers just looked like tennis balls in her chest. She then went to a C cup and they looked nice and natural.

Not that I have any personal experience, but there are two shapes of implants, round and teardrop (contoured). The teardrop shaped implants are supposed to look more natural on some girls, especially those without much natural breast tissue. Others will know more about this than me!

I am very much aware of this and the reasoning for me not bringing up the tear drop shaped ones? Look at Kimmy Juggs tits she has tear dropped shaped ones and that hang half way down her stomach. Not very ideal is it. Even with tear dropped shaped ones there is still a roundness to them.

I know of more than a few girls who have gotten their breast done by him and he fucked up on all of them. Barbies look good but one out of 5 or 6 girls looking good really isnt a great surgeon in my eyes. I say go see Dr Midleton. Anatomical implants look horrible. This is not a natural sag I am speaking of. Have you personally had any procedures done by Middelton Do you know anyone that has Anyone can write a review and this place is evidence of that. I personally know people who have had work done by him and it has come out flawless.

So you were put off by the fact that he was very busy and because he seemed rushed Well I am sorry but the fact that he is so popular and that his waiting room is fill really speaks volumes if you ask me. As I said I personally know people who have had work done by him and it is flawless. Now if everyone went by some rating a few people had given someone lots of people would be out of business. I think when dealing with things such as this opinions should be formed on work not gossip.

Oh and I am sorry I have read those review boards of surgeons and most all of them have low ratings.

Personaly I like to resrtch into a surgon before I give them my money and go by precentages and if he is one of the lowest rated Drs on rate MDs why would i go to him, like he probably did great jobs on the people you saw but how many bad jobs did he do? and also I would prefer to go to a surgon who makes his money because he can charge higher prices for his work because it is art ,.,,.insted of one one who makes money from a high volume of costomers and charges less ,.,.,. like wal mart has wayyyy more costomers then Guess ,, dosent meen they are beter quality it is totaly the opisate,, ohh and not everyone knows somone personaly who went to a specific surgon so they have to go by statistics and still when on a dr raiting site he is rated 2.9 out of tons of reviews and other Drs are rated 4 on avrage it is saying somthig,.,. and that isent hearsay its statistics,.,.
