babe we all know discrimination exists in the world for many from all walks of life unfortunately.. in tht sense you are right..but you are trying to give the impression it is happening soon as we walk out the door...tht is not the case..it does happen but its few and far between..i was discriminated by manulife financial a few yrs back and i took them to the OHRC and they made a settlement with me,i just dont believe it is a continuous occurence the way you seem to imply it is,,at least not in my experience.
