That is definately a hate and predujice crime for those 2 teenage women to beat up a transgender only because of her gender being mixed. Those 2 teenage women would not of beaten her up if she had a vagina but only beat her up because she had a penis. Thus that also makes them cock haters.

They should lay charges on the McDonalds employees for doing nothing while a violent crime was being committed. Especially the asshole who was recording it.

I could not agree with you more. Something seems more than criminal when an entire restaurant is filled with customers and staff, and only one woman steps up to the victim's defense. The guy videotaping it blows my mind with his lack of compassion, laughing, pointing. All that has happened so far is one person lost their job- the guy videotaping in regards to the employees working that day. He even went as far as to post the woman's assault on his facebook and on youtube saying that was no woman but a man, and shared his sentiments on how funny he thought it was. I feel blessed to be a Canadian , even though hate crimes do happen they're alot more rare. It's important as trans people we step up and speak out about injustice and it's time we start demanding our fucking rights. And asking our goverment to have protection bills, human rights bills, equal employment opportunity is so important. I really get this feeling that America is NOT a safe place for transgendered people; hate crimes are happening more and more. But as a transgendered community we need to ban together for our basic human rights. Trans people are so busy wanting to pass and not be read, so scared to be spotted and identified as trans. So busy saying either I'm a woman or a man, well people who blend don't get fucking heard. It's time to be proud of who we are and demand to be treated as equals

I couldnt agree more also .. Its sickening that in this day and age that we as humans cant accept each other regardless of race, gender, beliefs etc. ... and to stand by while something like this is happening to someones brother/sister/daughter/son/loved one is sickening. Sometimes I would love to be able to just slap the human race .. not all of course ..
I am very happy to be Canadian too, however our country isnt perfect either. There are alot more poeple down south so I suppose there are just that many more crazies .. sigh

A different outlook on the subject.

                        Hi

I am not saying that it was good that she was beaten. BUT i think it's good that the beating was filmed. It gives the world a chance to see, first hand, what we face, and why discrimination against TGs should be stopped.

Even the fact that no one "really" stopped the fight helped prove a very important point to the world.

Too bad for the jerk who was filming it. He, probably, would have been called more of a hero for filming it and uploading the video if only he wasn't laughing at it all, while it was happening. That was very bad thing to be caught doing. He is paying the price now, i am sure.

Let's remember one thing, there was ONLY one cam on that night, and that guy had it recording the whole time. If not for him recording it and then uploading it to youtube, she would have been beaten and no one would ever have known, and we would all be here talking about new porn pics and penis sizes. These beatings happen all the time and no one sees it.

So, in a way, we need to thank the guy, a little, for recording it and uploading it. He didn't cause that fight. Some one else could have broken the fight up. If he had left his cam in his pocket and broke up the fight, instead, the world would never have seen it happen and it STILL would have happened - unnoticed.

Too bad for that camera bozo, though. Now everyone hates him for what he DID, and not for what he DIDN'T do.
It could have been so different had there been NO discrimination in the first place.

                        Babe,
                        xoxo

Quick update to this story, I am single handily being pointed out as "outing" this chick as a tranny. I couldn't make this shit up if I tried.

"Chrissy was outed as being male by the website of ?sex worker? and pornographer BrittanyTS (BrittanyTS.com- NSFW) which was then picked up by Bilerco, who outed Chrissy as male to the wider media. ?This is absolutely disgusting. After an unidentified transwoman tried to use the bathroom at a Baltimore McDonald?s, two patrons started attacking her in full view of other customers and employees? they erroneously reported. Then The Smoking Gun outed Chrissy as Chris and posted his criminal history of prostitution and public disturbance (resulting from a complaint of assault against a woman). Bilerco outed Chrissy because they believed at face value the facebook posts by the amateur videographer that Chrissy was a male crossdresser with male tackle who was confronted in a bathroom incident and they thought use of Chrissy as a figurehead for the transgender bathroom meme of ?women being horrible oppressive abusers to men? would be helpful to the transgender agenda regardless of Chrissy?s wish not to be publicly outed or placed in such a public role. Facts couldn?t stand in the way of their agenda."

                              Land of the free?

I'm glad to hear so many people speaking out against what happened in that McDonald's, but I've seen so many people stand idly by and spectate as unspeakable events unfold in front of them it's almost business as usual. Lexi has the right idea, kick the government in the pants (even if they're not ours they deserve it anyway). Probably not a bad idea to bitch at our government again while this is big in the news. These events are always bound to occur, and it's always the same people looking for trouble, preferably with someone weaker, and always with someone different than themselves. The States is just a scary, backwards ass club where you have to be a member of the right group to fit in. This as true in the streets as it is in Washington D.C. and if you don't fit in, the mob will come! They always have and they always will.....the only thing that changes is who they come for......I need a drink!!!
"Going to church doesn't make you a Christian any more than
Standing in a garage makes you a car."

Another thing, the girls who attacked her were african-american. A visible minority who have been physically attacked and racially profiled just because of the colour of their skin. One would think they would be more open minded and compassionate toward people who are different than themselves.
