Another thing, the girls who attacked her were african-american. A visible minority who have been physically attacked and racially profiled just because of the colour of their skin. One would think they would be more open minded and compassionate toward people who are different than themselves.

when i see that nobody from the crew stop them....or had help...i wanted to have a power to stop them,the sad part where she embrace the old lady on her leg had given me a very strong bad look to all the people around there.i felt she had to be with her mom and the only way she can do that is to give a big grip of the old lady's leg.where in when she started to shake and look like a ruin toy,then she showed them and given them something they will be having for the rest of there life....that is someway somehow the karma is more to them who hate the way we r....let them see and experience how hard and painful to see a family member of them be experiencing what they see. It's a shame. But employees aren't allowed to break up a fight. They're supposed to just call the police and wait for them to come. That's what I was told to do when there was a fight at the previous restaurant I've worked at. If she was a genetic girl I still don't think anyone would of jumped in. People love watching a fight.

If I was there I would have quickly put myself between them and the girl being assaulted. They would have had to assault me in order to attack her further..

And honestly I would have bitch slapped them both into next week if I had been there..

I think if you ever get assaulted by a group of people and have your ass kicked in a fucking hate crime you might think a little different Ruby..

Lets just hope you don't get boot fucked by multiple assailants one day..

Well it depends. I may be reluctant to do so. This guy my friend knows, was some really talented fighter who has done MMA. He tried to break up a bar fight and got shot right in his chest and died. Things like that sometimes make you think before entering random fights.

I saw this video and i was enraged by what was happening she was beaten in front of everyone with no help at all by the 2 people.Untill the older lady came to stop them its sick to think no one is safe not even in a restaurant with employees.I wonder did they think trans gender women don't bleed or feel pain,They dragged her across the restaurant floor by her hair to the door they tried to take her outside to finish her.It's like Mc Donalds never told their workers about keeping the customer save it was 2 on 1 she didn't even fight back no one really wanted to stop it the guy filming says you girls should run cops are coming and he worked there that's safety you can trust...NOT.I'm sorry to Chrissy for what had to happen for new safety for other transgendered women its always about someone getting hurt badly before anything is changed to make it safer for us all.I'm sure this has happened alot but we never got to watch, so it was something that went unheard to us.I wouldn't have stood there and watched this happen its like people just don't care, when you can stand there and watch your just apart of the beating not lifting a finger.

I am not in favour of this attack but I think many people have attacked each others opinions because it went against their opinions and their feelings got hurt.

I do not agree with you blaming the employees completely for this or getting upset because someone said the same thing I am.

Employees in most business are told not to get involved in situations like this because it is not safe and can be bad for the business. In robbery situations they are told to just give up the money.

Baltimore has one of the highest crime rates in the USA.
People there are wary of getting involved in anything because chances are that someone will have a gun or weapon.
In fact they see this shit day and night and become insensitized after a while. I am actually suprised there was no security guard here but they may not have done anything either. However most security guards in the US can carry guns unlike Canada.

Chances are these individuals belonged to a gang and possibly other members of the gang were close by.

Maybe the employee filming the incident was also doing it to identify the culprits to the police. Maybe he told them the police was coming so they would stop the beating and leave.

There is many other options to what has happened other than just the employees did nothing. I am sorry but most people won't want to get killed over a minimum wage part time job.

This is my opinion, I think the fight is terrible but I am just pointing out that maybe everything here is not quite exactly as some of you interpret it.

There is less blame being laid on the people doing this act than the people watching the incident.

I am currently single with no family so maybe I might have jumped in to help.

My commentary was only stating that people are not that willing to step in for others, for many reasons.
Most people are only out for Number one.

It seems after reading this facebook comment, many in that situation many thought they were right.
When someone thinks they are right, it is pretty hard to change their mind.

Being in the washroom was no reason for an assault, but it happened.
The fact is, the same thing would have happened had she gone into the mens washroom.

There is not enough acceptance in our society for TS and no one can understand their situation.
To many a TS going into a womens washroom is equal to sexual abuse.

In Thailand they are opening washrooms for transgenders.
If you want tolerance Thailand is a great place to be, there I can hang out with tgirls and not worry about being harassed, usually.

The Unites States has a long way to go in this capacity!

I have gone everywhere with tgirls and have not often run into this kind of thing in Canada, but maybe because I am a fairly big guy, that helps.

When I was in Baton Rouge Louisiana, I went to a restaurant with a black TS.
I picked a booth in a big window facing the street, she insisted we move to the back.
I asked why and she said that she was worried we would get beat up if too many people on the street saw a white man dining with a black woman.
This is the 21st century and I can't even eat with a black woman in Baton Rouge? crazy.
I could have been beat senseless and no one would have heard or cares, because I am a white male, everyone is down on me down there.
