Bob...the Problem is not D it's LW for you.

You drafted
only Ovechkin at LW

You now have 5 Defensemen
Weber, Keith, Phaneuf, Myers & Fowler.

Also at this point you cannot resign Giroux for the season and most likely Fowler as you must now release a defenseman.

The Draft will be in 1 week. Anyone that wants to join will have to join by Midnight Wednesday night. I will announce the Draft order on Friday.

I also modified the scoring system to give more points to goaltending and to award enforcers.

So:

Anyone who wants to play must advise me before Thursday Sept 15th.

The Draft Order will be released on Friday by 6pm.

And the draft will be at 8pm Sunday evening on the Board. I have not yet decided if we will use the shoutbox or a thread for the draft. So, at this point the method is TBA.

To be honest, looking at the players left and the scoring system, There is still a lot of players available. Besides RW & LW (which are naturally thinned out positions) there is still a lot of players still available that will form some good teams.

Plus, I am planning on having weekly and monthly challenges for bonus points to help even out the playing field.

There is tons of good players that could make a winning team still.
Anyone who registered before should still draft, if they like i think.

Chances are there are better players in the pool than have been drafted thus far.
I went straight off the NHL.com list so I didn't put any thought into it.
I think the real bargains are probably still out there.

With the draft I guess we could email people and warn but they may still not see it.

It seems to me in the previous pool no one got there picks in on time either.
and it wasn't even a draft.
It's just the way the forum goes.
