This is getting off the thread’s topic of “Why escort” but after some of the girls comments the thread seems now to be tilting somewhat in another direction, so following that tilt here‘s my view.

I agree generally with Datreebear when he says: "I think instead of asking why some of these women choose to become escorts (as an aside, I see problem with them doing so), we should be asking: "Why do we, as a society, make it so damn difficult for transgendered people?". After all, they are simply trying to be who they are. Personally, I have a ton of respect for people who have their level of courage. "

Just as Jenllani stated yesterday “there is no perfect man” it is also true that there cannot be such as a perfect or “ultimate” transexual. No one person alive can possibly envision that ethereal body which an emerging transexual sees in her own mind.

Each girl, as an individual, has in her own mind, her own personal vision of who and what she is. Each girls vision of herself may differ slightly or even significantly from the next but each girls vision of herself is completely valid, no matter how divergent it may be from the next.

Some girls may place great stress upon one factor e.g. breast size while another may place more stress upon facial features or another who may feel strongly that SRS is the only way to go while yet another may insist that while some cosmetic changes may be desirable in the final result, the male organs must always remain.

The final transexual will only emerge after a coming together of a great many factors which each girl must tailor, by herself, to her individual vision of herself. That “new” girl will be built to fit her specifications, not to any particular male or other presumption of what should be.

My comment alluded to, "why girls escort?, why not just find a perfect guy".

Couple of years ago and face with this question, I would instantly retort; 'who are we kidding here, 'because it's easy money'
But after doing it on a part time and occasional basis, I found out that it isn't so easy at all. Maybe a little rewarding than the regular job that most people do, but certainly not an easy one (especially when the attractions aspect is only one way). Being employed for an hour or so by strangers you never met before and to be demanded to do some works what they expect as your job to do on those hours from being hired with clock ticking, and to finish at a certain period of time, to bring about the completion of their wishes, demands and expectations, that would make them feel that their donations which was handed down before the session begins to be really worth it and a chance of a guaranteed return, rather than a bad review or their forever 'sayonara & goodbye!'

And I agree with that. I just feel like my comfort comes from the research that I have done a few years back, about where transsexuals come from and the history of them thousands of years before our time. And a lot of them were looked at as gods - deities! For being of both sexes. Having understanding of the two types of spirits. I find something extremely beautiful and powerful in that. And so I've embraced both sides. Although of course I feel way more woman than I do man... I find the sexual aspect of being a woman with a dick to be fun and exciting! It's power I am not ashamed of. But I do find my self in some moments where I wish I didn't have that and I was just a plain ol' female. This thread is a bit strange. I think that the question is only valid for someone who is not an escort. And GTA isn't an escort so it makes sense.
This is not always as easy as it may appear. Being an escort is not as lucrative or as easy as it seems. How to answer "why not stop?" if you don't first ask "why did you start?" And not many escorts are going to tell you the whole truth about that.

And why is the magic solution to become dependent on a man all of a sudden and stop escorting? The idea of being dependent on a man doesn't leave me with a nice feeling. I would certainly agree that a relationship can be a wonderful thing but I think it has to be seen as a separate issue from escorting.

And maybe GTA doesn't realize that not many guys would be OK with an escort continuing to be an escort while in a relationship. Some will but not many.

Here's my answer though - I will be stopping. I am thinking about what I want to do after this. I am trying to see my way clear to get to that point. And when I do, I will stop. I think I may always stay in touch with my friends who are escorts but I will stop escorting. But I won't be stopping because a guy is supporting me. I'll be stopping to move on with my life.
