They remodelled the blackberry and now have people clamouring for the slightest upgrade.
Iphone 5 will not provide much more than esoteric updates that are not worth spending that much money.
Apple invented Itunes but Blackberry invented the App store.

Apple makes up to $300 per unit on the backs of child labour in China.
This is part of the problem with the USA and the recession right now.
The number one product the USA produces is not made in the USA at all, fucking rude if you ask me.

So Apple improves the blackberry then does everything it can to sink research in motion.
they have a 24 hour a day media campaign to put Blackberry out of business.
Sick, they cannot compete straight up and they know it.

Truly Blackberry is who they are really scared of, not android, samsung or anyone else truly.
They have these new threats under control.

Blackberry holds endless patents and owns qnx systems which is the future of wireless communications.

It is in fighter jets and nuclear weapons, even the space station and shuttles.
Apple has nothing on this.
The best thing Apple did was invent the Personal Computer in 1977.

My advice to all is hold out for the Blackberry 10 in the start of 2013.
It will do for smartphones what the blackberry originally did.
Apple will be in the mediocre again.

it is far too cheap, just ask Prema Watsa.

Support a strong Canadian company as well.

Apple has always been the little guy until recent years and I've always been a big fan of the little guy so needless to say, I'm thrilled with Apple's recent success. They actually almost went bankrupt in the 90s because of Micro$oft ... wish I bought Apple stock back then!

I'm in the graphics industry, I've seen first hand Apple Computer revolutionize the graphics industry, then change the world. I've used Macs since they came out in 1984. I've known Macs before I knew girls ...

Windows of course came out a year later in 1985 ... buggy, virus prone, a real mess (still is today) ... but no one could resist the "Start Me Up" Rolling Stones ad for Windows '95 (which was actually just a poor copy of Mac OS 7) and blindly went out buying it ... giving Micro$oft huge payback for their investment in the Rolling Stones song.

I don't think anyone said they stole the mouse and UI from Xerox.
They just try to say they invented it, rather they refashioned it.
Then they said they were better than everyone else.

I worked on help desks from the 1990's until present day and I never saw windows as being a copy of the MAC OS.
Windows and MAC OS have been completely different on purpose.
Just because Windows used a mouse to click on icons does not mean that it was a copy.
This is the same as today where they say gestures on tablets are copied or proprietary.
A swipe is like a click and trying to patent this type of thing is like trying to patent a round steering wheel.

Sorry, I do not see one piece of innovation in the iPhone, all i see is copied crap slightly improved over Black berry.
Their media and legal machines are much stronger than their innovative genius.
The Apple 2 Personal Computer, the ipod and itunes were their only true innovations in my mind.

In the last 10 years MACS were completely abandoned for specialty graphics work because they just were not any faster or better for that kind of work anymore. In fact I truly think the only reasons they crunched graphics better was the extremely powerful Motorola chips MACS used. Possibly the menu and UI structure was conducive to better graphics types applications.

The only thing Apple is doing now is stifling innovation by trying to control simple concepts that should not be owned.
