Turning in the person who injected the silicone will not change anything. The person that presently does this is good at what he/she does, clean and trusted by the girls. This was a fluke that can happen with any surgery. Turning this person in will only accomplish two things. None of us go into to surgery with our eyes closed. We know there is risks.
    1. You will get the person arrested. If you think another person is not waiting to step in, you are a fool. There are tons of unsafe people trying to get into the market from the USA. They have not found much business, but that would change if girls got desperate for their injections.
    2. You will be alienated and hated within the community. This is one of the reasons CERTAIN girls will NEVER get that persons name, because of they are rats.

The sad thing about this situation is that one of us in very sick. No matter what you think of Mandy the truth is that she paved the way for many of us. Like Crag with Shemale Canada, Mandy gave girls a place to work by opening Goodhandy's. She has been active in the community and an activist for Transsexual awareness and causes.

Not a good day for the TS community

For the record.. I think nothing bad of Mandy at all..

If someone dies from this shit the person injecting is is guilty of criminal negligence causing death.. no if about it..

Now.. Turning the person in.. does something..

It stops that person from harming any other girls.. and lots of girls get sick from this shit every year..

Sure there's another person there to take their place.. turn them in too.. and the next one and the next one..

Its like saying oh don't worry about the heroin dealers and coke dealers.. if you bust them it's pointless..

The penalties should be 10+ years with no parole like in Europe.. that will deter people from doing the injections..

I stand 100% firm that the best thing anyone can do here is prevent any other girls from getting this shit injected into their bodies..

If my standpoint makes enemies on this I really don't care.. Liquid Silicone injections are poison and a very dumb idea..

If you and everyone else hate me because I don't want to see people sick and dying from stupidity and vanity..

What ever.. have a seat with the rest of my haters..

I'm already hated by some of the top Tgirl hookers in the country..

Mandy is sick. Do you see her giving this person up? If you go to any procedure not knowing the risks they the only person negligent is you. Ignorance is not an excuse.

BTW, I don't hate anyone (Well Dita) and I in no way hate you. I came to your defense here in the past, and just recently if you remember....I do believe we all make choices in life. People tend to shift responsibility and blame. I feel horrible for Mandy and my heart goes out to her. But, she is a adult and knew the risks. She rolled the dice and never had a problem until she recently rolled snake-eyes. I listened to her radio show and she in no way blames the person that injected her.

        You have implants right?

Complications Of Breast Surgery And Silicone And Saline Breast Implants include:

        • anesthesia risks
        • chronic breast pain,
        • breast or nipple numbness
        • capsular contracture
        • scar tissue
        • hardened and misshapen breasts
        • breakage and leakage
        • necrosis (skin death)
        • need for additional surgery to deal with problems

        • fatigue
        • memory loss
        • cognitive impairment: poor concentration

Your info above is outdated.. Saline implants have been corrected and so have silicone ones..

My implants are FDA approved (globally approved actually) and done by one of the best SRS Doctors in the world..

They are Mentor cohesive gel.. These things are the safest implants on the market today.. I was made fully aware of all the risks and had to sign a whole shitload of legal paperwork prior to the procedure. It was done in a hospital environment and like I said by one of the best SRS Doctors in the world.. He's going to do my facelift in the spring or early summer.. Again in hospital, legitimate, legal, responsible, accountable and safe..

          In comparison..

The girl in Toronto that is injecting this crap into people is injecting a known toxic substance that is not approved and it is not medical grade silicone.. She is not a doctor.. She knows it could put you in the hospital and possibly kill you..

She is knowingly committing an illegal act when injecting a person..

Why is Mandy sick? Mandy is sick because someone illegally injected her with liquid silicone..

What can we do to help? Make sure other women don't get fooled that this poison will make you pretty..

I am completely shocked that you are pro liquid silicone injections Shyla..

glad you're not a hater tho..

The cheapest route to go would be Mexico obviously.
Yes they will do things like this in Non-critical situations.

However if the silicone is in a place where life is at risk by performing the operation, they will not do it.
Meaning if the person is alive now and there is a high risk with the surgery, then they are not doing the best for the patient by operating.
Also by removing the silicone they are then possibly libel if the patient dies.
If the patient dies from illegal injections it is still better for the hospital than if the patient dies in surgery.

Especially if it is a procedure that is not done by that doctor, or clinic or region.
If they don't know how the procedure is done, they are not qualified to reverse it and could be sued.

I will give and example from Thailand that I have experienced.

My GF in Bangkok had her SRS surgery and stayed at the clinic 2 weeks as she was supposed.
A week after she was released, she started bleeding severely and couldn't stop it.

She could not find her SRS doctor, so she went to the hospital emergency.
They refused to try and fix it because they said they may just make it worse.

Because they did not know how it was done, she had to go back to the surgeon who did it only.
They refused to take any risk of making it worse.

They packed her up with gauze and sent her on her way, possibly to die.

This is not Canada, but you get the general idea.

When i used to be friends with KIMMY from shemalecanada.com,, thank god, im i cut her out of my life, cause shes a total fucking drama queen. Anyways,, i remember she called me asking if i wanted to get my ass done by silicone injections at a hotel room with her and other girls. Im like are u kidding me ? Im not that fucking stupid. It can kill u if u get illegal silicone injections. She was like well i had my ass done and its been over 20 years and im still alive. I was like well i guess ur lucky, but what about in the near future? It might catch up to u and haunt u one day. The reason why trannys keep getting silicone injections pumped in there ass, is because after a few years it looks like shit, and it travels in other parts of the body. Once u put that silicone injections in ur body,, it will NEVER come out. U are stuck with it, period! I was like,, id rather get ass implants by a real plastic surgery doctor, not from some clown with no licence that dosent know what the fuck there doing. They don't care if u get sick or die. They only care about is making money. The only reason why that bitch called me asking if i wanted to get silicone injections is because the more girls she gets, the more discounts she gets for her silicone injections. Im smart enough to realize this was a bad idea. I was like nope,, im not doing it. Shes like well ur saving money. Im like i don't care. My health is more important. I remember back in May 9'th 2007 i got my saline breast implants for $6,000 and my friend was like oh Barbie, u should have went to Mexico and get the implants down there instead for about $1,200, u would have saved alot of money, plus a free vacation trip. Im like no thanks. The doctors down there are not liences, its a third world country. I don't trust the people down there. Too much mafia and shit goes on down there. Plus it would cost me extra for food, hotel and plane ticket. Why would i go to a strange country to get my implants. I would never even go there even on a vacation trip. Too many tourists get killed down there. Fuckkk that shit! Anyways, some people are willing to do dumb shit just in the name of beauty. Is it worth dying getting silicone injections ?

I don't support anything like this...I support the right for someone to choose what they do to their bodies. Remember abortion? I am ProChoice. There are risks to everything. If you want to smoke, drink, do drugs, eat chocolate, drink coffee, and do whatever to your body...so be it. Silicone pumping is not available legally in Canada, but that does not mean it does not exist. Meaning that you can travel to get this stuff done. The my reasoning is simple for my stance on this. If a girl is going to fly to get this done, she might as well get it done in her home country and save money on a flight. Like abortion.

Silicone is a personal choice. Just like Crag does not like certain aspects of both silicone and ass implants, there are girls that hate their manly butt, and those stupid indents on the side of a mans ass. A woman's hips hid these.

BTW: If the article that the article I posted is outdated, then I suggest that next time you go into surgery you check the risks of surgery. Implants were fixed a while ago, and that article is from 2011.

                  Maybe this will help:
This is an incomplete list from the up to list from FDA USA the same as Health Canada: http://www.fda.gov/medicaldevices/pr.../ucm064106.htm Implant Complications

The following is a list of local complications and adverse outcomes that occur in at least 1 percent of breast implant patients at any time. You may need non-surgical treatments or additional surgeries to treat any of these, and you should discuss any complication and necessary treatment with your doctor. These complications are listed alphabetically, not in order of how often they occur.
Asymmetry The breasts are uneven in appearance in terms of size, shape or breast level.
                  Breast Pain
Pain in the nipple or breast area
                  Breast Tissue Atrophy
Thinning and shrinking of the skin
Calcification/Calcium Deposits Hard lumps under the skin around the implant. These can be mistaken for cancer during mammography, resulting in additional surgery.
Capsular Contracture Tightening of the tissue capsule around an implant, resulting in firmness or hardening of the breast and squeezing of the implant if severe.
Chest Wall Deformity Chest wall or underlying rib cage appears deformed.
Deflation Leakage of the saltwater (saline) solution from a saline-filled breast implant, often due to a valve leak or a tear or cut in the implant shell (rupture), with partial or complete collapse of the implant.
Delayed Wound Healing Incision site fails to heal normally or takes longer to heal.
Extrusion The skin breaks down and the implant appears through the skin.
Hematoma Collection of blood near the surgical site. May cause swelling, bruising and pain. Hematomas usually occur soon after surgery, but can occur any time there is injury to the breast. The body may absorb small hematomas, but large ones may require medical intervention, such as surgical draining.
Iatrogenic Injury/Damage Injury or damage to tissue or implant as a result of implant surgery
Infection, including Toxic Shock Syndrome Occurs when wounds are contaminated with microorganisms, such as bacteria or fungi. Most infections resulting from surgery appear within a few days to a week, but infection is possible any time after surgery. If an infection does not respond to antibiotics, the implant may need to be removed
Inflammation/Irritation Response by the body to an infection or injury. Demonstrated by redness, swelling, warmth, pain and or/loss of function.
Lymphedema or Lymphadenopathy Swollen or enlarged lymph nodes
Malposition/Displacement The implant is not in the correct position in the breast. This can happen during surgery or afterwards if the implant moves or shifts from its original location. Shifting can be caused by factors such as gravity, trauma or capsular contracture.
Necrosis Dead skin or tissue around the breast. Necrosis can be caused by infection, use of steroids in the surgical breast pocket, smoking, chemotherapy/radiation, and excessive heat or cold therapy.
Nipple/Breast Sensation Changes An increase or decrease in the feeling in the nipple and/or breast. Can vary in degree and may be temporary or permanent. May affect sexual response or breast feeding.
Palpability The implant can be felt through the skin.
                  Ptosis
Breast sagging that is usually the result of normal aging, pregnancy or weight loss.
Redness/Bruising Bleeding at the time of surgery can cause the skin to change color. This is an expected symptom due to surgery, and is likely temporary.
Rupture A tear or hole in the implant?s outer shell.
Seroma Collection of fluid around the implant. May cause swelling, pain and bruising. The body may absorb small seromas. Large ones will require a surgical drain.
Skin Rash A rash on or around the breast.
Unsatisfactory Style/Size Patient or doctor is not satisfied with the overall look based on the style or size of the implant used.
Visibility The implant can be seen through the skin.
Wrinkling/Rippling Wrinkling of the implant that can be felt or seen through the skin.

A full list of risks involved with both Saline and Silicone implants procedures, and the risks involved with each brand of implant is available here: http://www.fda.gov/MedicalDevices/Pr.../ucm063743.htm

somebody's life is in danger...somebody is dying.

Tasha is right, it's not about agree or disagree. It's not about copy and paste all the pros and cons.
Somebody...each of us, ideally, should try our best to find her a solution to save her life.

Silicone can be dangerous and will cause death, especially it's already spread out in the blood stream.

I usually have doctors as clients but not in few days.

You cannot compare this to breast implants..

                      OK..

So the pro choice movement thinks liquid silicon injections are just as safe as the newest breast implants..

I'm sorry.. that's totally fucking retarded..

I pity any girl who gets this done..

It is a STUPID choice.. Illegal Choice.. World Wide..

You cannot compare Gummy Bear implants done in a hospital by a Doctor to some girl illegally sticking poison in you at a hotel or in your home..

This is really sad.. someone is dying from the shit..

And you girls are advocating support and giving other girls a green light to do it..

That's really going to help save lives isn't it..

I have been polite in this discussion. Please do the same. I did not call you names. Don't put our intelligence head to head...you will lose.

I am not comparing injections to breast implants...I am comparing them to ALL surgery. I singled out breast implants as you have them and were still are ignorant to the risks. Those risks are real. Not outdated. You say gummy bear implants are safe? Here are the risks of your "safe" gummy bear implants: http://www.fda.gov/downloads/Medical.../UCM245622.pdf. I draw your attention to pages 14-24, which are all the risks of your safe implants. 10 pages. If you think that dropping 40,000$ to get juvedum injected every 6 months, I would say your solution was unobtainable for anyone not making over 2 million per year. Your statement concerning Gummybear implants being safe was wrong as I have shown information from the FDA proving it.

                        As for your pics:

What you don't seem to understand, is that I don't give a crap what surgery it is. Breast Job, Nose Job, Facelift, silicone injections, etc....THEY ALL HAVE RISKS and you make your choices. If you think that anyone of them is safe 100%, then you are wrong.

Tasha, can you cc this news to Mandy.

I don;t know her well enough, as a matter of fact, she might even do not know me.
I went to see Goodhandys couple times with my USA clients including with Aston Martin, and we did enjoy her show.

Btw, i just talked to one of my clients who is a retired millionaire used to work in restaurant business here in Boise.

He had miracle happened in his life when he saw this "John of God" from Brazil (google it if you want) who miraculously cured his illness.
He had to spend two weeks to begin with and he came back a year later and now he is totally cured.

This guy is so famous, he even appeared on Oprah's show, and yes..Oprah has visited him as well.

                            check this out:

                            all the best,
                            Tia

                              If Mandy is interested,

I will follow up with my client with regards to info of hotel, etc.
Btw, this guy does not charge at all.

The only problem is he is super busy.

Cmon u guise, John of 'God' is a transparent scammer preying upon the terminally ill and gullibile. He doesn't charge, however he does "prescribe" herbs to all his patients, and of course you can only buy them from his on site shop that makes millions per year. He is no different than 1980s TV preachers or the dozens of other phony healers in Brazil each with their own bag of carny tricks just Oprah gave him extra press for her sea of already credulous fans who are neck deep into Doctor Oz scams.

Why even bother to go to Brazil? Just go find those online Nigerian spell casters and pay them to heal you with sorcery. The results will be the same.
