Children dying and getting autism due to vaccines is not a laughing matter in MY opinion, but as we can see, others disagree and think it's funny.
Oh well. It's a shame that some people make the planet a very sad place to live.

Deadly H1N1 Spreading Across U.S.
By Jeffrey Kopman Published: Jan 7, 2014, 10:44 AM EST weather.com
Deadly Flu Season Getting WORSE?
The calendar says 2014, but health officials and flu victims might feel like it?s 2009 all over again. The H1N1 flu strain ? which was responsible for the 2009 swine flu pandemic ? has dominated this season?s flu scene, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
?[Usually] the most common problem from the flu isn?t the virus itself, but the bacteria and pneumonia that the virus sets you up for,? Bruce Hirsch, M.D., an infectious disease specialist at North Shore Long Island Jewish Hospital in New York, told weather.com. ?(But) this season ? unlike few others ? we?re seeing this H1N1 flu cause viral pneumonia in and of itself and causing an occasionally fatal flu in young adults who would not be otherwise vulnerable."
?H1N1 seems to be a character ? a bad actor ? and causing more problems [than other flu strains],? said Dr. Hirsch. ?So far the outbreak of this flu season seem to me, as an infectious disease practitioner, to be more dramatic and more severe. It seems to be a little bit of an explosive onset, and what I?ve seen in my patients is a few cases trickling in and then boom! It?s much more common.?
Late last month, health officials in Texas confirmed that the H1N1 flu killed six people. Officials expressed some concern because this year?s flu vaccine is designed to help prevent H1N1 cases.
Texas isn?t the only state dealing with H1N1 cases. Here are some of the states battling the swine flu:
- Michigan. Swine flu has killed three adults, and infected about a dozen more child and adults. These patients remain on life support, according to The Detroit Free Press.
- California. Last week, Santa Clara Health Department officials reported the state?s first flu death of the season. The victim tested positive for the H1N1 strain, and other counties have also reported positive tests for the virus. In addition to seven cases in Santa Clara County, Marin County and Contra Costa County have reported several cases of swine flu, according to NBC Bay Area.
- Oregon. Health officials confirmed two deaths from H1N1 flu, and another 81 hospitalizations, according to King 5 News.
- Utah. Utah officials warn that swine flu is on the rise, and could be responsible for the first two flu deaths reported last week, according to The Salt Lake Tribune.
- North Carolina. The flu has killed 13 people in North Carolina, according to USA Today.
The CDC reports that the flu is now widespread in more than half of the country, with many states reporting severe outbreaks. As of the last weekly flu advisory report, widespread activity has been reported in Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington state and Wyoming.

At least 12 H1N1 cases in the Five Hills Health Region

At least 12 H1N1 cases in the FHHR: Vooght
Nathan Liewicki
Published on January 14, 2014
The H1N1 virus has spread to the Five Hills Health Region (FHHR), chief medical officer Dr. Mark Vooght confirmed Tuesday.
Dr. Mark Vooght, the chief medical officer for the Five Hills Health Region, said Tuesday there are at least a dozen confirmed cases of the H1N1 virus in the region.
The H1N1 virus has spread to the Five Hills Health Region (FHHR), chief medical officer Dr. Mark Vooght confirmed Tuesday.
?We have had about a dozen cases ? at least ? and everyday we get a few more in our health region,? Vooght said.
Of the known H1N1 cases, some have been severe and resulted in people being hospitalized. Others were discovered as a result of swabs made on patients that came back positive.
Vooght also acknowledged there are other cases of the virus that are running around the health region.
?We know there's probably 10 cases that go around in the community ? at least ? for every one case that is proven a positive test,? he said.
The most at-risk people remain children aged six-months to 59-months, women at any stage of pregnancy, including those who have given birth in the last four weeks, and immunocompromised individuals.
People who are receiving chemotherapy for cancer treatment, are on dialysis and have recently undergone a transplant are examples of those who fall under the spectrum of immunocompromised individuals.
Any person in the three high-risk groups will have an opportunity to be immunized as early as Thursday.
That is because according to Vooght, a little more than 1,000 doses of the vaccine ? injectable and nasal spray ? are expected to arrive in the FHHR on Wednesday.
Unfortunately for the majority of people who have not yet received an immunization, their wait for the injection or nasal spray vaccination will continue.
?At this stage the general public is not to receive the vaccine,? said Vooght. ?There is no surplus vaccine to give the general public. We are reserving it for those most at risk.?
Those who qualify for the vaccination will only be given the immunization after booking an appointment with their local public health office, as there will be no more mass flu clinics.
People in the Moose Jaw area can book their vaccination appointments by calling 306-691-1500.

pH1N1 Flu Information
In 2009, a new strain of influenza emerged which is being referred to as pH1N1 Influenza. The "p" is a reference to the fact that the World Health Organization has categorized the H1N1 strain as having reached pandemic status. The City of Windsor is actively working to reduce the transmission of the influenza virus to City of Windsor staff through the implementation of contingency plans.
At this stage, the Corporate plan calls for the following courses of action:
1) Communication:
- The City maintains contact with the Chief Medical Officer of Health, and our staff are briefed daily regarding the status of the illness.
- The recommended source for local health information about the pH1N1 flu virus is the Windsor Essex County Health Unit (WECHU) website.
- Staff with health concerns are encouraged to contact their medical professional or to call TeleHealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000 or TTY: 1-866-797-0007.
2) Health Practices:
To minimize the risk of transmission, proper coughing and hand washing etiquette should be followed:
- Stop the Spread of Germs!
- Stop, Clean Your Hands: A Safe and Useful Guide to Proper Hand Cleaning Techniques
What you can do to reduce the spread of germs:
- Wash hands thoroughly and often.
- Keep alcohol-based sanitizer handy and use often.
- Cough or sneeze into a tissue or your sleeve.
- Keep surfaces and items you handle disinfected.
- Get seasonal and pH1N1 flu shots (see below).
- Practice social distancing.
Flu Shots:
- The Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care will be administering flu shots in phases this year, due to the addition of the pH1N1 vaccine and the need to ensure that populations most at risk are treated first. Flu shots will be available as follows:
- October: seasonal flu vaccine for Ontarians 65 years of age or older and residents of long-term care homes
- November/December: pH1N1 vaccine for the general population. See the complete schedule of clinics.
- December/January: seasonal flu vaccine for the general population (6 months old and higher)
Personal Protective Equipment/Masks:
- At this time, the Medical Officer of Health has determined that masks are not required, unless one is normally used in the course of doing your job. The Medical Officer of Health will determine when or if masks are required.
Virus and Symptoms:
People with pH1N1 experience the following symptoms:
- Acute onset of fever
- New or worse cough
- Shortness of breath
- Joint or muscle pain
- Sore Throat
- Severe weakness/fatigue
- Eye or ocular pain
- Headaches
***Staff experiencing these symptoms who stay home from work should follow Corporate or Departmental directives pertaining to absence from work.
City Preparedness:
- The City has a well developed pandemic influenza plan to guide us through an influenza outbreak. We have been planning and preparing for the potential of an influenza pandemic since 2006. City Council has approved the City of Windsor's Corporate Pandemic Plan: Maintaining Business In, Through and Past a Crisis.

5 year old boy dies of H1N1 in December AFTER being vaccinated in November
http://healthimpactnews.com/2014/is-...-month-before/
January 15, 2014
Health Impact News Editor
We are in the thick of the flu season, and news reports show that several places in the U.S. and Canada are experiencing outbreaks of illnesses due to the H1N1 virus, including some deaths.
In the report below, the tragic story is told of a 5-year-old boy who died from the H1N1 virus in Oregon just after Christmas, even though he and his siblings had received the flu vaccine in November.
I applaud Fox 12 in Oregon for interviewing Calandra Burgess and publishing her testimony that her son died from H1N1 even though he received this year’s flu vaccine. I have researched about a dozen or more stories reporting deaths and outbreaks of the H1N1 flu virus all across America, but in most cases these stories do not report whether or not those dying from H1N1 have received the flu vaccine. Even in other stories reporting the death of the Burgess boy in Oregon, the fact that he was vaccinated with the flu vaccine is not mentioned.
(UPDATE Friday Jan. 10: Woman in West Virginia dies from H1N1 after receiving the flu shot.) In almost every story regarding the H1N1 flu outbreaks, the public is urged to get this year’s flu vaccine as the best protection against the H1N1 virus. This year’s flu vaccine, as in past years since 2009, contains the H1N1 strain.
However, is the public being told the whole story regarding H1N1 and the flu vaccine? As the tragic story above illustrates, the flu vaccine, at the very least, is no guarantee that it will protect you from H1N1. There were over 140 million doses of the flu vaccine produced this year, and reports show that vaccination rates are high, and yet we are seeing the largest outbreak of the H1N1 virus since 2009.
Could the Flu Vaccine Actually be Contributing to These Outbreaks?
This is the one question that will never be asked in the mainstream media, so let’s take a look at some facts.
During the 2008 – 2009 flu season when the H1N1 vaccine was introduced, Canadians were the first ones to observe that people who received the H1N1 flu vaccine seemed to be sicker than those who did not.
So some Canadian researchers decided to test the H1N1 vaccine against a placebo with ferrets. In their experiment, all the ferrets who received the vaccine were sicker (See: Study finds flu shot really did make people sicker).
Infectious diseases expert Professor Peter Collignon from Australia looked at the data in Canada and Hong Kong from the 2008 – 2009 flu season, and drew similar conclusions: ”What was a bit surprising when we looked at some of the data from Canada and Hong Kong in the last year is that people who have been vaccinated in 2008 with the seasonal or ordinary vaccine seemed to have twice the risk of getting swine flu compared to the people who hadn’t received that vaccine.” (Source.)
So researchers in Hong Kong decided to also study this issue and they conducted a double-blind placebo-controlled trial on children with the trivalent inactivated influenza vaccine. Their results were published in the journal Clinical Infectious Diseases in 2012, and they found that the seasonal trivalent flu vaccine resulted in 5.5 times more incidents of respiratory illness than the placebo group. See Heidi Stevenson’s excellent article on this study here.
These are just a few samples of some of the studies showing problems with the H1N1 vaccine that you are not likely to read in the mainstream media.
But perhaps the most significant study of all involving H1N1 was a study conducted in the U.S. and published in 2013. Microbiologist Dr. Hana Golding of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research at Bethesda in Maryland conducted a study on piglets vaccinated for H1N2, and then later exposed to H1N1. As Lin Edwards of Medical Xpress reports:
They vaccinated “naive” piglets (those that had never been exposed to flu viruses) against the H1N2 influenza strain and later exposed them to the rare H1N1 virus, which is the virus responsible for the 2009 swine flu pandemic.
When the piglets were vaccinated they produced a wide range of antibodies to block the H1N2 virus, but these “cross-reactive” antibodies not only failed to provide protection against the second virus, H1N1, but appeared to actually help the H1N1 virus infiltrate lung tissue and cause more severe symptoms and respiratory system complications such as pneumonia and lung damage. The unvaccinated controls suffered milder pneumonia and fewer other complications. (Source.)
So vaccinating for certain flu strains can actually cause the H1N1 virus to create even more severe complications, such as pneumonia and lung damage, which is exactly what we are seeing here in 2014 with the current H1N1 outbreaks.
Independent Investigations are Needed
So let’s bring all these facts together with what we know today.
1. According to Dr. William Schaffner, an infectious disease expert monitoring the flu at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, this season the H1N1 strain has hit healthy children and young adults especially hard and many have ended up in the ICU. However, he states: ”This virus doesn’t affect the older population as much because back in the 1970s the older persons were younger and there was a virus very similar to it that went around. They got infected, they recovered and now they still have residual protection against viruses in this family.” (Source.) This is called “natural immunity,” and it is what caused populations to not die off from infectious diseases before vaccines were developed in modern history. It is far different than the theory of vaccines purported today, which creates “antibodies” in a medical-induced way of trying to create immunity (See Dr. Sherri Tenpenny’s explanation of the difference between “natural immunity” and vaccine “antibodies” in the short video below).
2. In the 2008 – 2009 flu season, America saw an outbreak of the H1N1 virus. The response of the medical community was to develop a vaccine for the H1N1 virus. Unfortunately, studies seem to point to the fact that the vaccine can have negative consequences, and caused some people to have worse flu symptoms than those who were not vaccinated (see discussion above with links to some of these studies).
3. Here at the beginning of 2014, we are seeing a new outbreak of H1N1 and it is becoming quite severe, resulting in some deaths. Early indications seem to point to the possibility of a more severe flu outbreak of H1N1 in 2014 than what we saw in 2009 when there was no vaccine. It is actually affecting healthy, younger people more than older people. If we had allowed everyone to contract the H1N1 back in 2009 and NOT develop a vaccine, allowing natural immunity to occur as opposed to vaccine antibodies, would we have these outbreaks again here in 2014?
4. The H1N1 virus has been included in the seasonal flu shot now since 2009. This year over 140 million doses were produced and they are currently in circulation.
Are we missing the bigger picture here?? Are the profits from 140 million doses of flu vaccines so large that nobody dares to ask the tough questions, knowing full well what the results will be if we follow the data to their logical conclusions?
For the sake of public health, and the safety of Americans, it is time that the media and medical professionals start asking the tough questions. Lawrence Solomon, the research director at Toronto-based Consumer Policy Institute, wrote a column for The Huffington Post in Canada this week titled: Why the Press Shouldn’t Dismiss Vaccine Skeptics. More people in the press need to step up and ask the tough questions.
Independent investigations by those with no financial ties to the pharmaceutical industry that produces vaccines is sorely needed (which excludes the U.S. government where billions of dollars is tied into vaccine research.) In the meantime, do your own research on the risks and benefits of the flu vaccine. The facts may not support what you read in the mainstream media, or what your doctor is telling you.

Blown away
Let's hope that the 100 km + winds out west today blows this virus the hell out of here, and maybe take a few mosquito larvae with it to reduce the West Nile outbreaks this summer! What better place to have such a fantasy than here eh! Hang onto your hats today fellow westerners.

Be honest
Originally posted by Babe View PostGood morning all,
So there was a great big discussing in this thread about how "people have to protect others by getting ourselves vaccinated".
For myself, i was not vaccinated and i didn't catch a flu. And i ride my bicycle all winter long wearing ski-like clothing and those ugly snowmobile boots. Montreal is very cold and snowy.
All of my grocery (vegetable) shopping is done in Chinatown. So, i have to peddle about 30 minutes to get there, then shop in overcrowded stores and stand in line for the check out counter, and then, peddle back again.
Plus, my "visitors" who might have been infected with a flu and covered it up with antihistamines. And still, no flu for me!
I have never been vaccinated for the flu, and i never will be, unless it becomes law like it is in some countries.
So, seeing as the flu season is (i think) over, i am wondering how many people (whether yourself or people you know) got vaccinated against the flu (any sort of flu) but still ended up with the darned flu?
Be honest.
Babe,
